This is an old store - they don't make Carvel stores like this anymore. For me, it was a trip back to childhood. Of course, the ice cream was great.

This Carvel location is # 1 in my book for the absolute worst Oreo sundae. Ice cream was served soft due to freezer excuse. Attendant said, hard ice cream freezer was just cleaned so that's the reason why all the hard ice cream is soft. Including my banana split was already melting while she was making it. Looking forward to returning back to the city. Very disappointing ? 1 STAR CARVEL... LIVE UP TO YOUR BRAND OR JUST CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS!
Sorry I don't get the 5 star reviews. I odered the Chance I think, the one with the fried egg. My wife ordered the classic and we split the parm fries. The burgers came out medium, they were ordered well and the parm wasn't melted so the parm and garlic just fell off the fries. Aside from not being cooked to our liking, the burgers were notbing special. Sure they were juicy and had the supee soft bun but...meh...didn't do anything for either one of us. Enjoyed the cold beer though.
I've purchased many custom designed cakes over the years and they always exceed my expectations. Yes, they are pricey but they never disappoint. I love that I can take in a picture and they will create what is requested.

I am so happy! My daughter wanted a Minecraft cake for her 11th Birthday. She printed a picture that looked like nothing. I took it to Carvel and asked them to make her this cake and do what she wanted to make it look like something instead of a block. Well it was amazing! Thank you for making such an amazing cake! I wish I knew your name because you exceeded my expectations. I am posting a picture of what I gave her and the end result
