overall just a great place to hangout spend quality with family and friends, staff is friendly food is delicious and the drinks are very refreshing, great place to go eat:)

Let me start by saying . I love BWW . No matter what location the food is ALWAYS great . customer service ? Not so much … I placed a phone order & repeatedly told the lady “ please make sure my wings are extra crispy “ ( I don’t like wet wings ) she reassured me twice that they would be and even told me give us about 30-35 minutes since you want them extra crispy . No problem . I get there there is no one in lobby besides a girl cleaning off tables she looked at me a couple times and proceeded to clean . Never once said someone will be right with you , never greeted me .. nothing . I rang the doorbell on the counter twice within 7 minutes someone finally came out . I get my order and decided to check it in the store . Wings were not well done . No problem I gave them back she told me it would be a 20 minute wait . I went & sat in my car 20 minutes later they tell me 3 more minutes ..I went back in after 10 more minutes got my bag I didn’t check the wings because I figured they would be the way I like them . I drive all the way home to Nanticoke open my bag & it is still the same wings I literally had in the beginning . They never cooked them more . Idk if it’s just this shift that is lazy but night shift is EXCELLENT. When I ask for extra crispy they give me just that no problem no complaints no attitudes . I am very disappointed in todays service . I usually go at night maybe I will just stick to that time frame .
Our server Marissa was just the best ever. Super friendly and just as cute as can be. The food was great. I ordered the spicy garlic wings and unfortunately didn't realize how HOT HOT HOT they were. Tummy doesn't like hot hot hot. Marissa immediately and with a smile resolved my problem for me even tho it was my fault.Thank you Marissa!
I had been craving B Dubs and we finally made the trip and I have to say this location is disgustingly dirty. The carpets were so sticky my shoes were actually sticking to it. The tables had a nasty film on it and honestly the food is meh. Not as great as it used to be and quite expensive for not much.The staff was incredibly kind though so I'll give them that.
#1 reason for the 5-star review is our server. I wish I'd gotten her name, but we were the two people in the corner booth from just before 3 to just after 4 pm on 3/26/2022, and she has long blonde hair, if that helps management identify her.And they should - she was absolutely on point today. She knew her menu, knew the ingredients and preparation information, and quickly found out anything else she didn't instantly know offhand. She didn't interrupt our meal at all, but she must have been paying attention, because she appeared like magic whenever we needed even the tiniest thing. She was every bit as good - or better - than servers we've had at much fancier places.Our food was good, too - fantastic sauces, at least the three we tried, and portions were perfect. The kitchen was flexible, the prices were reasonable, and this was overall a fantastic quick, casual meal on a busy day.
Ordered take out food. Was bombarded with ads online while trying to order about joining the “blazin rewards system” before April 5th, spend more than $20 and receive free nachos. Asked to talk to manager she never came out to talk to me sent out the same young employee who only provided me with “sorry we can only do that next time”. Nowhere in any of the ads has it indicated that’s the case and I never received a full explanation. Employee was fine, manager did a poor job of attending to a customer who wanted to get information. There was hardly anyone in the building at 10pm on a Wednesday night refuses to help customers.
Went there with my family for the 1st time. Delicious food, very reasonable prices, friendly staff. Definitely recommend. It's a sports bar, so don't be surprised to hear people cheering?.
We order 2 beers, then friends come and try to order 2 cosmos, the server comes back and says we can not make them, they are short staffed there was 10 people, and like 6 staff standing around talking. Needless to say no waters 3x asking, while 3 staff sit and chat no mixed drinks only shots and side of cranberry juice. Would rather spend my money on a local owner place. This is a chain and they can not serve a mixed drink.
We wanted to get some wings for dinner tonight and decided to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived we were seated right away with our menus. In 5 minutes we decided what we wanted to eat. In that time we noticed it wasn't crowded and we were waiting for our server to come to our table. As we sat we noticed other tables around, as throughout the restaurant, were being served and a few tables finishing their meals and leaving. Another 2 minutes went by and we were still not asked what we wanted to drink or even acknowledged (even though servers had seen us sitting at the table among other customers). As we discussed this with each other another table was seated next to us. Amazingly their server immediately waited on them. At this point 10 minutes had passed and as we were putting on our coats a server came over and said he was just walking by and and asked us if anybody waited on us yet. We told him no, that we had been sitting there for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. We understand if it was busy or understaffed but that was not the case. So at that point we decided to leave and go to another wing restaurant.
