Didn't want to wander around the grocery store hungry, also not in a cooking mood... Applebee's staring us in the face, so since it's been awhile, a light dinner here would be good. I got a side of the penne pasta mac and cheese with bacon, and cute little chicken tacos in fried wonton wrappers, topped with slaw, served with lime wedges. Both choices were the perfect amount for my meal, he got the 8oz bourbon street steak and mashed potatoes. We were satisfied with everything, including service, and I thought the prices were agreeable. Will gladly come back to indulge in a burger, or maybe even a dessert next time!

The only good thing about this place was the new waffle fries with beer cheese. I didn't have one specific waitress or waiter we had who ever was around. My entree sucked cold fries greasy fish nothing as to what it was described in the menu. We felt forgotten about, maybe it was because we don't drink and weren't ordering over priced drinks... Idk just a bad experience from start to end
Went here to celebrate my grandson’s birthday. He loved it and we all had fun. My grandson is really picky with food, but he enjoyed the food here.
This is one of my all-time favorite restaurant chains! They always have great food... and their drinks are wonderful! I just wish they would bring back their $1 drinks! Even if they made them $2, that would be good. They have a huge $5 drink, which is so-so ... not as good as the $1 ones! Still I would definitely recommend!
The service was horrible. I usually don't leave reviews but I had to this time to save anyone from going to this place. The food was gross, honestly I could make better food at home & save my money. The shrimp I ordered was disgusting and didn't even seemed cooked. They forgot my son's plate, while I was trying to track down my waiter and finally got his food it was just alittle bit warm like it was just sitting there for 20 mins in the kitchen. Dont waste your time by going here. The Chinese buffet by the mall is 10 times better and my son loves it there.

Friendly staff, food was not worth the price and the bill was $96. Add sauce to your pasta dishes so people don't have to take the food home and add it themselves!
The greeter couldn't seem to hear our request for 2 menus because we weren't staying, she was too busy looking across the room doing whatever she was doing. Minutes later she says follow me, my companion corrected her that we'd asked for menus, which she still didn't give us, he had to ask again; as I quietly began to boil. We got the menus and she told us to go over to the to go sign & the girl there would take our order. A guy was helping other customers, not us. The girl who greeted keep walking by us, and the one who was supposed to take our order never spoke a word to us she also just kept walking by us. Another customer walked in asking questions & she got answers from the same staff that didn't help us. My companion lost it before I did (thank God), I asked him if he wanted to leave he said yes I turned & walked back to the front door, before I could get out of the door my companion called me back. He was letting the staff know that they were ignoring us, now 4 staff members were there trying to talk their way out of it. I stayed quiet, because I'm the worst of the two of us!!!!! My companion made our case known to the staff & we finally got to place our order. After we did, then I began to speak with my companion; first thanking him for speaking in our behalf. Then letting him know he should have been with me when I started walking out, the other customer watched silently from the table across from us; until he decided we should get some air. I've never been treated so poorly in a restaurant and I truly thank God Almighty for His Son & my King Jesus....... old me........ well thank God He changed me.
I have come here many times and only complained one time. It was later in the night closer to closing time and the neighborhood Nachos were made with less enthusiasm. I did request a new plate and they did not give me a hassle to replace it. They cook/chef came out and hand delivered a new plate. Not sure if that was a good thing or not but I was satisfied. Otherwise I’ve eaten here many times and enjoyed my meals EACH time.
