I will start out by saying that the customer service is wonderful. The young woman who tended to my order was friendly, respectful and professional. However the sandwiches are over priced for the quality of what you are receiving. The meat was overcooked, I asked for onions and they weren't added, subsequently the meat was not seasoned. Lastly the gentleman in the store who didn't appear to be workers just family friends were extremely inappropriate. They were unaware that I was fluent in Spanish as I was speaking to the cashier in English. Their comments were misogynistic, distasteful, disrespectful, and completely unecessary. While I'm not certain as to the position held by these men is, I will say that because they were speaking to the cook behind the counter and because it was regarding me, that is where they were completely out of line. They judged my ability to understand what they were saying based off may appearance, and the cook joining in is as unprofessional as it gets. I wish them success but this was honestly a disappointment. I waited until I got home to consider as to whether or not I should write a review because I figured maybe the food is good and it's just the customer service which is subpar. However if the sandwiches are this metiocre, then perhaps the cook should pay more attention to the food and less time with the patrons who are harassing his customers.
