I've been going to Ade's for a while I love the place.
Excellent traditional east coast hotdogs. I had 3 of the basic hotdogs which comes with mustard, onion and chili. It was delicious. I finished with a homemade chocolate cream pie. It was very rich and creamy. The staff was friendly and proud of it’s 90 year history. A wonderful experience!
One word. Delicious! I’ll definitely come back here when I’m in town.
So people think we are crazy to drive 2hrs for a hotdog but it’s worth it. We get the works, which has a finely ground meat, onion and mustard. I can easily suck down four. We will also bring back a dozen for the following day. And yes they are better the next day when you nuke them 30 seconds. Place is a hole in the wall but that adds to the experience. I only go to this Abe’s location. If you love hotdogs this is heaven...... for me atleast!

These hot dogs are fantastic....moved out of state for many years, upon return i had to have a ABE'S..HOT DOG...best ever.

I’ve been here a few times. I try to stop here anytime I am in the area. The hotdogs are the best I have ever had on the East Coast. Not only are the hotdogs great, but their burgers are very good too. Every time I come I at least get a hotdog but try something different on the menu tail. I’ve been told that their pierogies are very good so hopefully the next time I am in I will try them. The Texas meat sauce hotdog is the best one. Not only is the food excellent but the service is excellent too. As soon as you are in the door they wait on you and your food is up right away. There’s hardly any wait. I definitely recommend this place to anybody in the area.
Dogs were OK. Service very good and friendly. There was very little chili on hotdogs compared to my other experiences with this style dog. In Elmira NY similar dogs were dereneched with chili. Would ask for more chili.
