Terrible service. Pulled up the drive thru and couldn’t comprehend a word the lady was saying, I politely asked her to repeat herself only to receive an annoyed huff. A nice lady by the name of Yulisa eventually had to interfere and place the order. I was met with same annoyed lady at the window to receive the food and she rudely told me to reverse the car in order for me to not be stretching my hand to receive it. The food wasn’t even fresh, I won’t be coming back here.
Standard experience at this Wendy's location. Place was clean, as well as the restroom. Nuggets and fries were good. Service did need a smile.
This review is for Wendy's chain overall and really fast food chains overall. I dislike the fact that not everything on fast food menus are actually listed on drive thru menus anymore. I'm looking for the cheapest cheeseburger price and can't find it and so just ask for a cheeseburger. Ends up the lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles that I didn't want anyway, cost my cheeseburger to be almost $5...not the meal, just the burger. Then I get the baconator fries...lol instead of crumbled bacon I just get slabs of bacon. Total was around $8. What happened to fast food being an affordable option? Cause the quality hasn't improved.
Very busy drive thru, but no wait inside. Our chicken sandwiches were beyond overcooked. We believe the meat sat under a warmer for a very long time. They were tough, dry, and chewy. The staff must have been too busy to notice.
These people work very hard, and Wendy's is just more fresh and real that other major fast food franchises. "Never frozen"... They used to advertise that. I miss the redhead, *oh Wendy...*The things dreams are made of... Oh man, remember Wendy?.... Quick side note, the main manager guy is a badass and works real hard; I have a sneaking suspicion he is the owner as well. Good on him getting down and dirty with the other employees if he is... Alot of owners are above it.

I've gone here for a while. Everything is generally alright. I don't know what was up with today, though, because the line went lightning fast.Get the Big Bacon Classic. It's the best fast-food burger in my opinion.
Got a 4 for 4, guy on microphone said total was 4.77 when I got to the window another guy said 6 (something) and I handed my card but knew I was going to look at the receipt, since about a dollar, isn’t a big deal. I had to ask for a receipt to which the guy said they don’t have receipts and shut the window on me and awkwardly ignored me as I waited to ask why they wouldn’t have a receipt.. lol maybe it’s just me but it was weird.
Unfortunately, this location is TERRIBLE. Every time I order here, there are missing items or the items are partially fulfilled. The food is old and reheated as if it’s been sitting out for hours, sodas are watery and tasted dirty. Avoid this location !!!!!!
We love Wendy’s
