I ordered 10 kale apple slaws , 5 of them were freshly made , the other 5 was rotten and starting to stink … I ordered thru grub hub , so I called the store before ordering , because I didn’t see Kale apple slaw as an option , I was told to order the sweet potatoes instead and that she would adjust my order … I brought the bad kale apple slaws back to the store and she casually said , yeah I made new 5 new ones , instead of throwing out the old ones and making all fresh ones ! , I was told that I would receive a refund for the bad slaws and a price adjustment for my order … here it is 3 days later and I have received nothing . I called the store today and the store manager said I need to contact grub hub for a refund ! This isn’t a grub hub issue ! Seriously displeased ….
Smoothies are good but they’re often closed when their hours say they’re open. I drive about 15 mins out of my way for these smoothies but it’s not worth it anymore if they’re going to close so early and without warning.

Love the food and smoothies but I tried ordering today on Doordash and Ubereats to have them both say the restaurant is closed for delivery and pickup. Looked up the restaurant on google (said it was open till 8), called the restaurant to verify they were open (they were) to then have the lady on the phone say "Okay. Okay. Thanks. Bye." when I told her that doordash and ubereats says they are closed. Mainly just hated the rudeness of the employee.
The smoothies are delicious. The food is OK. It's declined since it opened. The restaurant looks worn and dirty. The staff are slow and have no common sense. Everything takes forever. I'm really underwhelmed by my experience. The prices shot up, too. Way too expensive for the quality presented.

I have been ordering there for 2 years and I have no idea what on earth is going on. I have never had this many problems with them as I have the last month. I just had surgery and so I have been ordering through the APP and having someone pick me up. I order the paradise point with no sugar in it. The smoothie comes out pink. The one they sent was deep purple. Then the last order. Then my mom took it back and a nice woman gave me a card for a free smoothie to make up for it. Now today, they messed up the smoothie again. This has been an ongoing issue. According to the APP, I have ordered 6 times and 5/6 times my order was completely messed up. I used to really like this place a lot and it is unfortunate that this is really ruining it for me. I also left a v/m, hoping I get a call back soon......
Came in today for my first time, and I was going to pay with Apple Pay, but unfortunately that wasn’t a payment option at the location I visited. Long story short, the staff was extremely pleasant, especially the young man Hezetiyah(my bad for butchering your name). They hooked me up with a free smoothie, which was great btw(I got a Bahama Mama), since I had forgot my card. Would definitely recommend trying them out if you haven’t already.
Only purchased smoothies, which were good but expensive and it seems there are no size options. The only size seemingly available is too large for a child to finish and is a waste of food and money for a kid.
Smoothies are actually pretty good but the service is always awful. Been there a couple times and it's always the same, no greeting, just attitude and eye rolls. Even left a tip (for some odd reason) and wasn't even acknowledged. Some advice, just hire a new staff and you'd get better reviews
