The location is peaceful and serene. The interior is homey and very spacious. Good quality tables and chairs. Employees are friendly and they have a full ice cream parlor style freezer and serving station right up front! Best of both worlds. A real gem, will return. ALSO pizza was phenomenal, good flavor but not fake, crust was very tasty. Have to get ice cream next time! :)
We go here a few times a year. Burgers and pizza are standard fare, not spectacular, but pretty darn good for the price point. If you like spicy, the Nashville Hot pizza or chicken sandwich are hot, excellent spice! The real winner is the ice cream. I get chocolate marshmallow with whipped cream, but every flavor I've tried is great.It's a BYOB kind of place, so bring the kids, a couple beers, get some good food and ice cream, enjoy the park out back. Makes for a great evening.
The food is pretty good but this place always shorts my orders and forgets items we order pretty much every time. I can count at least 5 times this has happened in the last 6 months. Never once was I reimbursed and I’ve spent more on gas picking up food they forgot about than the cost of food. My neighbors have had the same experience. We won’t be doing business any longer with this place.
First time ordering from Salty cow, Mostly ordered for the milkshake which was great. But was also hungry so I grabbed some Tenders and Truffle fries. Both of those were below average, dry chicken not crispy very little flavor. The truffle fries were not a good fry overly stale feeling/tasting.
Absolutely delicious. Had the mushroom burger and my girlfriend had the salty cow burger and both were perfect. The milkshakes are perfectly blended and the ice cream was phenomenal. Will definitely be going back! Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I had the mushroom soup and an order of cheese fries. They were both very good. We use to come here when it was something else, apparently it is the same owner they just rebranded the place. Goose Creek Grill was the old place...they had good food.
I’ve gotten food from here many times, and have never been disappointed. My go to is the California salad with salmon. Tonight, I got the chicken fingers. They are amazing!!! Some of the best I have had anywhere.
The Salty Cow was our first time there. Can't wait to go back!! Had the most delicious cheeseburger ever and nothing can top their homemade icecream. Staff was excellent as well. When you go, you will not be disappointed.
I had the kennet mushroom burger. It was very tasty. My fiance had a Cesar salad which she said was just as good. We shared a milkshake that was delicious. The price was a little high, but that is kind of expected for a new restaurant esp coming out of covid.
