Teca West Chester is a favorite restaurant that we have not been to in a while, the elegant street side dining beneath tall trees, the pace of tasting wines with the summer burrata salad, followed by branzino then flourless chocolate cake, all exceptional, as was our server, great summer evening in a great town.
Out to dinner with a few friends, started with 3 appetizers, the seasonal burrata with peaches was delicious, the Shrimp Napoleon was perfect on a summer night and the cheese selections were delicious. Two of had the specials and everyone was happy with their selections. Our server Emily was bubbly and attentive. Love this place!
Best food, best wine, best cocktails. Oh and dessert is great to.

A warm atmosphere pervades this West Chester Italian Bistro. My wine was good. Others at our table drank fancy non-alcoholic drinks. They think theyâre better than we are. They arenât though, in the sense that no one is better than anyone else, except Michael Jordan. People talk about Lebron being better than Jordon. I find that conversation boring, particularly at a great restaurant like Teca.

I have always enjoyed the food at Teca for dinner . This time I was disappointed for lunch. I feel our waitress was new in her role . She seemed unsure kid herself . She tried . I was disappointed in the menu for lunch as it was limited . The choices were not appealing or current with lunch fare . When told about the specials , the sole seemed interesting, it was different and I came very close to ordering this entree until my friend asked the price. When I heard $60 I was shocked ! I understand prices are going up , but this price should have been told to us up front . Teca for lunch would not be an option for me.
