The staff was wonderful. They do not forget that you’re there and they’re very helpful with their menu selection. Personally I do not order from coffee places much to know what to get. They’re the real ones. So far, my favorite server is Jada. Atmosphere is small but it’s warm and calming. Will come back again :)
Starbucks is a staple coffee shop that always maintains its café-style aesthetic. The only bad thing about Starbucks (that I have noticed), if any, is that they have long wait times. These wait times are often longer than the time predicted in their app when you order ahead (in my area)
Worst Starbucks in the area; I’ve only been here a handful of times, and every time there is something wrong. Machines aren’t working, drink made wrong, people loitering talking loudly. It’s a haphazard mess. Go to the Starbucks in the borough or something.
I've been in the Starbucks a few times for deliveries and for personal and I must say they really got their stuff together. Whenever I go there for a delivery it's always there within minutes ready to go. Then when I go there for my own stuff you know there's never really a line cuz we always got enough people working there. I've been in a good many Starbucks and this is probably one of my faves. #rockstarfullgrownmaledeer
A quiet place for a quiet date
For as much as Starbucks costs, I expect perfection. Unfortunately far too often the order I pickup from this location has at least one issue where the recipient of the drink is not happy. Today I had enough and need to leave a review.
Staff are nice (except one guy recently who was behind the counter having what sounded like a social chat on his phone and ignoring the waiting customers). Compared to other Starbucks, there's not much room to sit inside and do work or relax with coffee, it's more like a "get in, get coffee, get out" place. Finding parking can be a challenge even if you just need to go in and pick up a mobile order.
They were VERY busy for a store with no drive thru, and it took a while to receive our drinks, but no complaints. My hot caramel macchiato was made perfectly, and they had blonde espresso in stock!
This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! I usually order through the app and my order is always correct and delicious. Also, the employees are all really nice and always greet me if there’s no one else in there. Starbucks should give this entire team a raise!
Horrible customer service and management. The blond barista had an attitude and didn’t acknowledge me. Stood at the register for a while and still didn’t acknowledge me. Went to their manager and he also didn’t resolve the situation or try to assist. The managers name is “Ryan” won’t be coming again.
