Four of us had a wonderful dining experience last night. We have frequented here many times for dinner or just drinks and consistently enjoyed the Split Rail but last night was better than ever. The fresh made cavatelli, agnolotti and perfectly cooked chicken ballotine were all delicious plus the service made everything that much better.
My wife and I have never had such a 5 star experience at any restaurant until we came into Split Rail. Our hats off to Chef Justin who presented such a wonderful and exciting culinary experience that we can't stop talking about it. The atmosphere was just as great, very good energy and relaxing; the staff was more than accommodating and made the whole night fun! If you are looking for a TRUE dining experience please get in there and experience it for yourself! :)

A cozy atmosphere with a great beer selection. If you’re a pasta fan, absolutely try their Mac and cheese. It’s to die for.
I was at Split Rail to enjoy a nice dinner with my Fiancé last night. We typically enjoy this restaurant because of the atmosphere, solid food, and great beer selections. Last night my full entree was dropped in my lap by a waitstaff mistake setting it down. They did immediately said sorry, but did nothing else immediately or after. We got up and left the restaurant with stained clothes. Mistakes happen, but response was poor. The clothes are a loss. We did still leave some cash on table for drinks prior to the accident. UPDATE 10/12/2021: Received the below positive response from owner, but awaiting contact at this time to discuss. Will update following. UPDATE 12/3/2021: owner never did followup to remedy beyond typing in this public forum. Disappointing
Not what it once was. A dozen other options within walking distance. Hope owners see this as managers didn’t seem interested in asking how to make a bad experience better.

Don't know what all the hype is about. Food and drinks were pricey and just OK. Kitchen didn't open until 2:30 on Saturday. Ordered burgers and fries for lunch. Fries were cold, burgers were small. Drinks were good but also expensive and small. $11 for a six ounce drink with four ounces of ice. Waitress was barely around. I realize some places are short staffed and that might be the reason for our Just OK experience. I will not go back anytime soon too many other choices in town.
We came here for a private party and were given the most amazing service upstairs for a brunch upstairs. The food was amazing overall, but the french toast was to die for - YUM! The cocktails were also awesome, especially the bloody mary made with homemade mix. Really impressed with this place!
Great place! If you don't get the Creme Brulee french toast you're just wrong.
