First time ever visiting a Smoothie King.I asked for recommendation for a low to no sugar added smoothie. I told the employee it was my first time visiting smoothie King and I wanted their recommendation. The employee recommended a smoothie that had Stevia as an ingredient. I paid my nine dollars and after going out to my car and tasting the smoothie, the sweetness was too overpowering.I went back in and told the help that the choice recommended to me was not what I asked for. I was told I would have to pay another nine dollars to get something that would be more to my liking. Girl behind the counter said the ingredients are the ingredients and I got what I paid for. This will be the last time I ever go to this place. Horrible customer service. Horrible attention to customer satisfaction.
Got this yesterday. Got incredibly sick last night. Never going back again.Update, they said i would recieve a call from a manager, never did ???
They are normally great but expensive. I got a coupon for a buy one get one free smoothie so I decided to stop by. They would not accept the coupon or tell me what was wrong with it they said the problem was at their end but they would not give me the buy one get one. Sad to get this kind of customer service.
Smoothies are great. No need for the door to be locked when the drive through is around the block

We did curbside pickup. Our order supposed to be ready at 12:40 we called them to let them know we are outside. They said we will be there its ready. There is people that they parked after us and they went inside to do order and got their order and finished. It was about 9 people andits definitely not a curbside pickup. Until 12:57 nothing noone came outside so we decided to go inside and get it. It was sitting there. Ridiculous .
