I was really looking forward to the food. Been a long time since I had this kind of food and loved it in the past. I was disappointed as I ordered at 2:30 and its now after 4 PM and still no food. I tried to call and no answer. I ordered through Grubhub and chatted with them and they were unable to get ahold of them as well. VERY disappointed and will just spend my money at another place.
Terrible experience, bad customer service. They didn’t have everything and packed up bags as if they did. When questioned about said missing things they got an attitude and stated: Do you not want the food or not!!!! Wow. As a Restaurant that serves the community where is the respect and honesty to customers. Letting people know up front what you have and don’t have. Had I traveled home a hour and a half. I would’ve been very disappointed. As Muslims you definitely should be on top of your game.
Good, but very inconsistent hours. Multiple times I’ve ordered online only to have the place be closed when I went to pick up (although it said it was ready). Definitely call ahead. Not sure if it’s a staffing issue or what.
The BEST shawarma around by far. The service is great, really great location, friendly staff, and amazing food. I got the beef-lamb shawarma on pita with baklava and it was incredible. This is my favorite place in west chester for sure.
The food is good, but delivery is suspect. Last two orders were confirmed, but when the driver showed up they were closed. No notification otherwise from restaurant, and they did not answer the phones.

Never had shawarma before this week. Holy cow it’s good. They are friendly and the food is amazing. I have been going back every day this week.
