What a great place to eat. The food was exceptional and our waiter, Michael, was an absolute pleasure. It was our first time there, at the recommendation of our niece. I would've given 5 stars, but unfortunately I didn't appreciate feeling rushed out of the restaurant. We were enjoying a nice conversation with our niece, who had recently graduated high school (flew 900 miles to be there). Upon being asked by another totally different waitress if we were being helped (we had just finished our meal) and replying that we were fine, within a moment she returned to lay fresh silverware on our table, as if to insinuate that we needed to move on.
Bagels are the best I have had in West Chester. Iced coffee was very good. Service was a little slow, but for a Sunday morning, I could tell they were all doing their best especially during difficult times to get people to work, it was also very busy.Bacon egg and cheese was very good, would have benefitted from a bit more egg but overall very good.4.5 stars overall, rounded up to 5 because this spot really is pretty good overall
Their bagels are legit!! It's the only place I've found outside of New York that makes bagels like this - tough and shiny on the outside, chewy on the inside. The french toast bagel was awesome!! My only feedback is that I don't think the table service is necessary - I think people expect to order at the counter and find a seat in a bagel shop. While the server was very friendly, the process just felt inefficient for such a quick-turn kind of place.
Best bagels I’ve ever had. So glad they opened in West Chester. Great service and friendly staff. Our new favorite breakfast spot.
Traveling from Pittsburgh where we have some good bagel places and this place is really great. I had a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and it was awesome and served with a smile. Bagels are really generous in size and are fantastic. If you like bagel breakfasts, don’t miss this place.
I tried this spot for breakfast as a new option. Online ordering was easy and seamless. Food was amazing. The bagels were doughy and and the overall breakfast sandwich was delicious. The restaurant looked super clean and was well done. I will be back to dine in soon.
WOW!!! We had the Whitefish Platter with an egg bagel (made here on location) and felt we went back in time. The place clean and nice ambiance! Everything fresh and delicious. Service with a smile and owner came to table to make sure we were happy. First time here and we will be back and recommend to our friends. They also sell bagels and lots of cream cheeses, etc.Wife said bathroom was very clean and beautifully decorated!! (•‿•)
Rolling stars easily 5 stars. Pic of my Nova Lox and what’s left of the kids pancake. Place is fantastic and the bagels are amazing. Good for kiddos also. Staff is friendly and attentive. Certainly will be back again!
This place is a surprise GEM in west Chester,Pa. Our first time there was made extra special by our waitress who's personality and service was just awesome, and really made you feel welcome. The food fantastic fresh and they don't scrimp on the sandwiches when filling them. The business was continuous the entire time we were there with service being quick for all. Check it out you won't be disappointed.
Stumbled across this bagel spot just to be in and out really quick and ended up viewing life differently after trying the French Toast Bagel. (I got more than 1 & the walnut raisin spread on a side)Upon biting into this french toast bagel that just came out off of a platter of many that were shining as if they just came out of the detailing shop… I could taste hard work, fortitude and resilience. This is clearly a business that strives and cares about its quality and ingredients, as well as customer service.It is quite hard to maintain a business with this type of quality especially in these times so if you have not tried this spot I highly suggest you walk in, I could eat the bagel alone with nothing and it’s interior and texture was to be placed next to if not higher than a New York Bagel, in which I have had many famous New York Bagels that have not hit the way this Bagel hit.
