Won’t be back. I understand lines and how customers can be rude at an icecream store but it’s never supposed to be the server. We were simply standing by the second window on the curb because the tables were taken and the lady yelled at us to leave for standing on the curb because who knows why. we assumed she needed the window… but when leaving a group of ballet girls then stood in the same spot. We were kicked out and off the curb for no reason and very confused. Wouldn’t recommend.
Will not be coming back here again. Recently came here with my family the other night about 30 minutes before closing. The girl at the window name was ‘Kristina or Kristene’ and was horribly rude. Walking up to the window there was a group of teenage guys, who all got water ice, custard etc. before we stepped up to the window, very loudly someone yelled over the speaker above, no more custard not more sprinkles. So random? I asked if they were out and they said no we aren’t serving it right now only water ice. My daughter was devastated. Not sure why 30 minutes prior to closing, they take something off the menu. I’ve lived in this town my entire life.. always have come here and live a few blocks away and never had this. The worst part is the girls behind the counter seemed high school aged as well.. making it a joke of some sort to not sell custard? But served it to their friends ahead of us. Super strange and put a bad taste in my mouth. Love Rita’s… but maybe train your staff a little better please. Until then I will not be coming back to this location… so many other good desert shops in this town, this one isn’t worth my money.
Skip this one and go to Malvern. The custard sizes are too small compared to other stores, the short, dark-haired girl needs to speak less about her “f##king Dad” and actually realize she can be heard by people standing in line. Just barely organized chaos at this place. Just keep driving and go to Malvern.

I couldn't give them a five star since I work at DQ but I only get the waterice if that helps me not get fired from my job at DQ hahaha. Anyway this Rita's location has a better flavor water ice then others in my area. They definitely add more flavor which makes it taste oh so good on a hot day.
Rocky is one of the best employees there he should be given a raise and made assistant store manager..He was so nice and kind to me and helped me out..
