This place checked off all our boxes. Service was good. Room clean and updated. Bathroom clean as well. That's all we need for the amount of time we spend in the room. Not handicap accessible to the front desk. Steps, not ramp as shown.
Our room (king bed) was more spacious than we expected. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a prepacked bag that consisted of a bottle of water, a microwaveable sandwich and a Nature Valley granola bar. Wifi was not very good, but we only stayed one night so it wasn't a problem for us. However, for longer stays or business travel, this may be an issue. Overall, very pleased with the value for the room we had.
I am not one to complain but the problem I had at this hotel was with the the front staff(To be fair I’ll say certain staff) I made my reservation through Hotels.com which has made it very easy and less stressful. My last stay I was told I had no reservation and when I gave them my confirmation # the person working insisted that She couldn’t locate my reservation. I had just stayed 3 days prior but realized I needed the room for a couple more nights so i booked it on my Hotels.com app. I just proceed to call customer service at Hotels.com and explained what was going on so she put me on hold so she could call The Quality inn and when she came back to me she informed me that they located it. Also the phone in my room broke so I told the front desk and it wasn’t until the next day when I went back down that I got a phone. Lastly I was told the computer down in the business room required a password and they did not know it which Didn’t make no sense because my iPhone was connecting to their WiFi! I gave it two stars. but I must say I give 4 stars to the housekeepers. The room was cleaned daily. I was given fresh linen and they were very courteous.
Normally I travel around to different hotels, but since the pandemic, I only go to places that thoroughly clean their establishments. I can't speak on other Quality inn's, but this one truly does thorough cleaning. The bathroom is always really clean and the towels smell fresh and bleached.
Great stay. Customer service was wonderful, and very accommodating to me and my wife. Room was clean and recommend this hotel.
We were visiting West Chester University, and needed a place to spend the night. We were very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. The beds, linens, and pillows were all great, and gave us a good night's sleep. The shower had good pressure, and plenty of hot water. Plenty of clean, fluffy towels too. The staff was friendly and helpful, and made checking in and out simple. This is an older facility, with smaller rooms (but still comfortable)...but it's well maintained, in a very convenient location, and a great value for the money. We would definitely stay here again.
The facility is older and there are steps at the entrance so if you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage you will need to pull around to the back entrance which is all on one level. We were not told of this at check- in and discovered this on our own , so dragging the luggage up the stairs in the beginning could have been avoided. The rooms are small and like other reviewers said the pillows are square, but I actually had 2 of the best nights sleep in a long time with those pillows. There is minimal space for luggage so I would not recommend this as a place to stay for more than a few days as we had to live out of our luggage which was on the floor. The bed was comfy and the bathroom very clean and very white. They are still doing bag breakfasts even though most other Choice hotels have switched back to more variety. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice place to stay while traveling near Philadelphia.
Drafty rooms, heaters not working properly on the coldest day of the year. The cold from the next room radiated into our bathroom, making showering impossible. Outside key doors simply don't work.Entire building needs renovation. Have stayed at roadside inns in the mountain, during winter, and was never this uncomfortable.
Let me said that the hotel building is old but the room looking pretty good ?? ? excellent peaceful place ? ? Front desk is very sweet and the room are very much comfortable ? ?
