The worst “hoagies” ever. Hard rolls with no meat or cheese. Over priced for low quality and rude attitudes. Just look at the responses to some previous 1 star reviews. Overall a terrible atmosphere. Definitely not welcoming. Primos has other locations and it has never been like this.
Terrible management. I requested a refund due the staff answering phones, taking payments, touching the computer, all while going back to the kitchen & not changing their gloves! This is the most unsanitary primos hoagie I have ever been to.The manager came over WITH a attitude to void payment… no apology. Just rude, slapped the receipt on the counter and walked away.
Today is 6/8/22 at 5:21 pm I have been a customer at this location for 5 years now and never had a problem with my food or service. BUT today was different! I went to place an order and the girl at the counter did not want to be their today. Her personality was was terrible. I felt bad for making her punch a couple keys on the register. When I left there, it left a bad taste in my mouth, I don't think she will be their long.
Service was great the sandwich was fantastic, i actually ordered on line and picked the wrong day, but they got my order for me.
The staff was nice xtra friendly. A little on the pricy side but the quality is there. Will be back soon.
Good food and friendly service. A bit expensive compared to most hoagie shops. Some official looking websites list the wrong prices.
Primo Hoagie in West Chester saved our Christmas Party! We ordered and PAID for a tray and other items from the Downingtown location for pick up at 4:30 pm for a party at 6 pm. When we arrived at the store, they were closed! We didn't receive a call or any notification that they were closing early. After a few minutes of panic, my wife called the West Chester location and explained the situation. The 2 gentlemen working took our order and said they would do their best to get it ready as quick as possible but might take a about 45 mins to an hour due to short staffing. 35 minutes later, we got a call saying our order was ready and we can come pick it up. Still got the food to the party, just in time. So, to the gentlemen working last night (12/15) THANK YOU! We truly appreciate the customer service and effort you guys put forth.
We had a special request and Luke went above and beyond to help us out! Great food, great experience. Thank you Luke for being so helpful!
Good hoagies with great consistency.
Went today for the first time to this location. Loved the nice large dining room to do work and eat. They even let me use their wifi. Ordered the Italian Diablo. It was packed to the gills with meat and not veggies like some sub places do. Also very happy to learn Downingtown is open again as that’s by my house:)
