I don't normally write reviews, but I LOVE this place. The food is great, the employees work crazy hard, and it's always spotless inside. So good!!
The first time I ordered it was great,I created my own bowl, spicy salmon and spicy tuna, the second time I ordered today through Doordash, and it was really bad, ordered spicy tuna and spicy salmon, there was nothing spicy, boring and dull poke bowl.
Poke Bros is honestly one of the best restaurants in West Chester. The food is ALWAYS fresh, always tastes AMAZING, and service is quick. I think the prices are really great for the amount of food you get, I always can get at least 2 meals out of one bowl! I'm not a raw fish kinda girl, so I always get the spicy chicken and/or shrimp (usually the high tide bowl) and it's great. For those that do like like the fish, my friends have always said that the fish here is some of the best. Chen is an amazing chef!!!

The bowls are really tasty, but they won't provide a cup of water if you want to eat there. Which is a really weird place to draw the line on a customer that just spent $15 on food to dine-in. Literally the neighboring retail stores and banks will give you one for free. Also the staff couldn't be less friendly (which I usually don't care about). Don't forget there is other fantastic sushi in town.
Poke bowls are ok. The tofu is tasteless and the sushi rice isn’t quite right (ratio of vinegar to rice is off), but it’s the best available for the area

The food was pretty good. I made my own tuna bowl. I ordered off doordash & although it tasted good, my order was pretty wrong. glad i’m not picky but just taking a star off for the wrong order :)
Experience sushi in a bowl with adding as much customizable ingredients as you desire. Ingredients are always fresh! Very delicious options. The west Chester branch is the best one in terms of customer service and quality. The branch near the college in Delaware is horrible. Customer service is bad, quality is so-so, it bothers me so much that they never fill the bowl up and most of all they all find a way to charge a couple of $$,s extra over every location I have been to. I have frequented both of these locations.
