I really enjoy coming to this location. My order has always been correct and it seems like the manager is very hands-on in ensuring that. The service is pretty quick and the soup is served actually hot which makes me feel like their other food items are handled and reheated correctly which is important to avoid food poisoning. The only thing that could be improved is for the seating areas/tables to be wiped down more frequently, each time I have eaten in, the tables were not the cleanest.
i don’t like writing reviews but i was pretty upset with my order. i found a cucumber slice in my mac and cheese grilled cheese, all the macaroni noodles were also burnt in it. also found something burnt in my soup.
Excellent restaurant. I would go again and again!
Decent chain food and coffee.. Mix up orders sometimes and service is ok.

Standard run on the mill panera, probably a bit cleaner than the usual other locations.
Good food and some space. Internet struggles to load any web pages. Definitely do not come here thinking you can work.

*PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES BE WARNED*Management thinks your allergies and any other issues with your orders are funny. This location often ignores specifications in orders even when an allergy warning is noted. And they really don’t care. The manager, Madison, laughed when I spoke to her about these frequent issues. It will put your family in danger because they do not follow corporate protocol which requires every employee who prepares an order to SIGN their name on each ticket to ensure the order is correct. Madison confirmed not one single packaged order was signed to make sure it was correct.This location is a cautionary tale in poor management and failure to properly train and monitor employees which is resulting in potentially dangerous situations for customers. While I empathize with the difficulty in finding workers, I can’t empathize with Madison’s lack of attention and lack of care towards the safety and satisfaction of the customers AND staff that she is responsible and represents for this entire facility.About 3 or 4 years ago I posted a 5 star review of this location. Unfortunately they fail to keep up with that former manager (he was awesome.)
This Panera blows. I applied there for a job not too long ago and got it but things came up and was not able to take the position. No big deal right? Well they took it to heart. Up until now I’ve never had a problem with them the food was always great and no issues what so ever. However, after all that happened the next time I ordered, what do you know? Issues. My smoothie was melted and had nothing but ice cubes in it. My Mac and cheese was just macaroni and dry cheese, and my sandwich was basically smushed. Class act Panera. Glad I didn’t take the job. Will be telling people about this place
