Food: 4/5Service: 1/5Ive been to many breakfast joints in my lifetime, and this was some of the worst service I have ever seen. My water glass was empty the entire time, no one came to ask for it to be refilled, and I had to take some of my wife's water because I was so parched. I am being generous with the 3 Star simply because this is a restaurant so the food is the most important thing, and the food was pretty good. But I would not go back here. There are better breakfast joints with better service and better food.
We had been to this location once before in 2021 and enjoyed the experience. This visit was not as pleasant. The waitress seemed distracted and inattentive, and my eggs Benedict Florentine which was described as having fresh spinach and smoked salmon on it had one, yes one,spinach leaf under the egg and extraordinarily fishy salmon. Just sorry it didn’t work out because we were hoping this would be our new “go to”breakfast spot. Can’t recommend.
Stopped by for late breakfast/early lunch. They have a rather extensive menu of breakfast items , including very interesting choice for french toast. service was excellent, food was very good.
Nudy's, your West Chester location can't be beat. We typically enjoy having lunch and breakfast with you.....but please take the chicken cheesesteak off your menu. What is pictured below is NOT a chicken cheesesteak!This is Philly! You gotta' keep it real. Also, fry the fries until they are crispy. Limp fries are the worst. The beef cheesesteak is good (so says my son).Your eggs Benedict are delicious. I hope you take this off the menu. ?
Good food, substantial portions, at decent prices. The service is always terrific.The parking lot's rather small, but it is in the middle of West Chester, after all, so it's nice that they have a lot at all. They also seem to be jamming the tables in; last time we were so close to the table behind us that it was almost impossible to fit in (and I'm talking about my skinny friend, not my fat self!).Highly recommended, though!
Great breakfast! Got there early Saturday morning and there was still plenty of parking in their lot. (Had heard parking was a hassle.) If I lived in West Chester this would be my go-to breakfast spot. (Though not for the chipped beef, which was a little runny and sparse on meat.)
Not fantastic, I expected more. Server very nice but seemed a little overwhelmed while another just moped around...seemed bothered. My server went outta her way to find me an outlet. Food...nothing to brag about. It was a lump crab omelet. Not lump, hardly any crab, and the crab was scrambled into the egg not just inside. No flavor at all!
Finally! After what had seemed like forever, Nudy's West Chester just broke into the long empty hair salon next door. About 8+ more tables depending on layout - much needed for this popular location. And the food is excellent as ever.
I'm a big fan of the Banana Walnut French Toast. Also loved the scrapple that was sliced thin at my request. Good food. Good environment. Friendly staff. Probably my favorite place for breakfast in West Chester
I ordered a half a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of New England clam chowder.So where do I begin when I arrive my soup was not available. The young lady had words with a gentleman asking why was that soup on the board for the day he said it wasn’t any kind of went back-and-forth with each other for a second. They had my phone number and I told the young lady I was sitting in the parking lot, and I was told they didn’t have an ingredient for it so I had to pick another soup then my grilled cheese sandwich Was so small you could have given it to a two-year-old !!!! I paid 11+ dollars for a tiny half of a grilled cheese sandwich and a cup of soup ridiculous rip off!!!! I have very small hands by the way!
