Fantastic service Friendly server
First time here, my job sale the gift cards however I didn’t have one and that’s not the concern. Saying that to say that’s how I learned about the place and wanted to try it. I walked in and my greeter wasn’t so welcoming which made my party of two uncomfortable. My server messed my order up, that was fixed. Food was pretty good besides I wasn’t a fan of the tacos but I ordered several things and that was only thing I didn’t care for outta of my order. Waiter was a little busy, but it took way too long for an refill. I didn’t feel welcomed. Overall food was good but I won’t go back to the specific location…

I was pretty impressed with the salad. It was a lightly fried chicken salad (Chipotle Chicken Salad entre), with chipotle ranch, I asked for standard ranch. Everything was very good. Only suggestion would be to step up your game on the Arnie Palmer, it was kind of tasteless. Staff was very considerate and responsive which is VERY refreshing these days. May go back for some taps as they looked to have an extensive beer list.
Great ambiance and food, pizza was fantastic. Beer selection had plenty of variety and creativity with their options. I'm not a big fan of beer, but I found a few things I actually enjoyed (which is usually hard)! Our server was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I love checking out new places, but if I end up back in the area I would be very tempted to just go here again!
We visited on a Saturday evening and while they were very busy, the service and wait time for food were very reasonable (other than there being no ginger ale or Sprite and no one available to change the cartridges). I had the Garcia pizza and it was really nice. My daughter had a bacon cheeseburger and it was really good too. I would definitely visit again or recommend to those in the area.
If beer alone is what you are after, this is your spot, but the service is nonexistent, and pass on the food. We tried several menu items, including the overpriced burger which is very small, but food had been around too long...not that anyone who works there cares. Would not return.
Very disappointed. Made the mistake of ordering the Ahi tuna for dinner. Expensive, and when it came out it looked like an appetizer. Two tiny pieces of tuna weighing in at MAYBE 4 ounces. I was shocked and asked my waitress if this was indeed the dinner and not the appetizer. Assured me it was. Was not at all satisfying, and while my dinner companion was still eating I had to ask for bread, TWICE to have even a small feeling of being even partially full.To add insult to injury, they handed us the electronic device to give our feedback. I indicated I was not happy, and very disappointed, and the device took my email and the machine at least, the polite machine, assured me that Iron Hill took this very seriously and would address it. Would get back to me to make the situation right. But no, that was a lie. Been weeks and no email, no contact.Terrible experience, and I won't be back for a while despite being a King of the Hill member.

Great service and food was good. But $14.00+ for a class of Chardonnay. Where do you think you are? You’re in West Chester and the bottle maybe cost $9.00 or $10.00. Took away all the good that you worked for when we got that bill. After spending $600.00 on Christmas gift cards there, we’re really disappointed that our “Snowflake Cards” were so devalued by this overpriced bar tab.
