Adorable place with delicious coffee. You don’t need much else. Love their homemade flavorings - the chai steamer with a shot of espresso is the way to go.

This place is busy all the time. I wasnt fan of their coffee but its a cool place to work. I wouldnt mind getting small coffee and relaxing for a while. But the staff seemed nice.
The chicken salad is to die for. Best sandwich I have had in a very long time!
I love this cafe. It's cute and cozy and has great coffee. I most recently had a lavender latte, which was a better combination than expected. It was a perfect place to meet with my friends on a cold snowy day, and I think it would be a great place to study or read a book while you get coffee too.
The service here was quick and pleasant. I ordered a Lavender Latte with Oat Milk and its by far one of the best lavender lattes I've ever had! Lately, I've been disappointed in other coffee drinks from different coffee shops -- the coffee would be too weak or watery, and the flavors just weren't coming through. Gryphon, however, has the perfect balance of coffee and flavoring in their lavender latte - I don't think I can go anywhere else now!
After waiting 15-20 mins this is what I got… not even a full cup of cappuccino and a ripped up sandwich
My coffee was cold and I had to wait for some time to get it. Heck, even the attitude of the staff was lukewarm. To be fair, the flavor is not bad, but I wouldn't pay that price for such mediocre experience.
Relaxed and cozy. Excellent service. The Cinnamon Roll and Lavender Latte were wonderful! Check it out!
