I was very disappointed! We have had good experiences there in the past but this time not good! The cashiers did not seem to be able to answer questions correctly which led to confusion over the menu items. The ice cream sundae we ordered was expensive and very poor in quality and quantity. Ice cream to soft and did not look anything like the pictures in which it was displayed.
Save your money and go to 5 Guys. Took the family here. I ordered the spicy burger but it didn’t have jalapeños like the description- and so when I asked, they said they ran out. (They could’ve informed me). I ate it anyways so as not to waste it. My kids were unimpressed. The patties were thin and dry. We all agreed, the place seems trendy, but we won’t be back.
Decent enough fast food, definitely unique compared to the major chains like mickyDs, bk, Wendy's etc. This is more on par w five guys & burger but it does have its own flair. The steakburgers and super skinny shoestring fries are interesting, I personally liked them but I could see how they might not be everyone's taste. The desserts are good too, a nice variety. My family dined in a few times and hit the drive through once while on vaca near this location. It gets very busy at times so that must mean it's a popular local spot. It has cute classic decor, the whole place was clean/well maintained and the staff was friendly and efficient. Would visit again.
1st time at Freddy's. My wife and I in the mood for just a good burger. When we didn't see a single buyer platter, the nice cashier said, no problem you can order a single burger.What we would latter learn is each burger is NO thicker than a slice of cheese! I kid you not! Don't get me wrong, good tasting, but to charge $9.50 for a platter to include show string fries (literally the thickness of a shoe lace) is NOT for us again.Freddy knew all about keeping as much profit as possible but not how to keep the average customer.The employees were so nice and helpful......really.Unfortunately the inside food area to sit was not clean. Food on the floor, under quite a % of the tables and table counter tops were NOT cleaned.We would have sat outside at 2pm but the music and loud speaker to announce one's food was so, so loud there was no enjoying that type atmosphere. To be fair, employees are reduced due to costs or non-interest to work. However, there has to be a better balance of clean comfortable appearance, if the busy is going to have more people return to this business. Maybe just a fluke visit but upper management needs to visit their store(s) and do a much better job at the areas of improvement to enhance customer retention.If we lived in the area (driving through), we would never return, to many other eateries.
My husband and I went to this Freddy’s location on Memorial Day, our burgers were overcooked, French fries were over salted. We sat outside and the tables were all dirty, trash can was overflowing and the ground needed to be swept. We went in the restaurant to dispose of our trash, which was also full. I mentioned to a staff member that the tables outside were dirty, trash was overflowing and she said she would take care of it which we saw her cleaning the tables as we left. This location has gone downhill as far as cleanliness inside & outside is concerned, there was always a manager on duty, which in our recent visits I haven’t seen any manager. I understand with Covid, staffing has been an issue but when it comes to cleanliness & sanitation it should never be overlooked.Thank you.
Had my first and last Freddy's Combo meal. The food was terrible! I mean Terrible! The fries were salty, as well as the double cheeseburger which was over cooked to a crisp, burnt hard burger. No need to talk about it anymore. Thanks, but I pass on future purchases.
It was bustling in the drive through line but fortunately they moved surprisingly fast. I ordered a combo meal with a patty melt. The skinny shoestring fries were the best part of the meal, very thin and not soggy. I'd requested extra crispy, they came out very light. The patty melt was on very greasy rye bread, with dried out burgers. The meat didn't taste seasoned, and despite being fatty was definitely over cooked. The staff we interacted with seemed competent, but not friendly. They also weren't wearing masks unlike the staff at most places.
What a wonderful experience! The crew were all really nice, attentive, and looked happy to be there! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the classic steakburger meal with fries and a drink. The burger was really good and the shoestring fries with the fry sauce was really tasty too. I also tried the cheese curds which were really delicious as well! I saved my chocolate brownie custard for last and it was heavenly! I highly recommend visiting this location!
I’ll give ‘em 2 stars .. they got sum good burgers and what not but man lemme tell you they got some straight up CHILDREN workin in this place .. I came here too the curbside pickup spot where I had been waiting for my order for about an hour when I decided too go in . And my bag was sitting on the counter just getting cold .. collecting dust. I was offered a free drink. 2 stars . Good food . Just don’t go on a Saturday night cause it might get ruined !
It's good for a well priced burger. You know what you're getting. I rather eat there than McDonald's. Customer service good everyone had a smile on their face.
