So nice, great employees, quality food. Even when they are busy the employees always do their best to help you. One time they made a mistake in my order and apologized and personally fixed it right away and gave me a cookie :') made my day, can't find this great of service everywhere

Great breakfast spot! Employees are always so nice, and offer amazing service! There are so many options to choose from between the different kinds of bagels, spreads, and sandwiches! Decent coffee/tea selection but always a great choice!
Pretty good bagel place at West Chester Universities campus, and usually has little to no lines, so you can get your bagel before your class starts.

It has good bagels but it's not the place for a quick bite too eat. Wait time is usually thirty minutes or sometimes an hour because of how busy they get. Only come here once in a blue moon now because of it.
