Yo this place was all sorts of crazy busy combined with being understaffed and the lady just destroyed my order. Actually she destroyed both the orders that were the exact same things like how do you do that well she did it. I mean I'll admit the place was busy but still I waited for 20 minutes then she said it was still not going to be ready so I left it another delivery came back she tried giving me just the coffee jugs without the donuts then I went and gave the delivery out and she didn't give me cream or sugar or cups so I had to go back. Anyway I can say that this was a nightmare of an order in a wasted all my time got paid nothing basically and they need to hire some people or something.
The lady in the cashier is very rude kept all the donut I ordered with glazing in One bag I asked I she can put in in a box but she said they don't do it really? Very unpleasant , please Teach her proper customer service or atleast don't work upfront.kinda ruin my mood for new-year.
Customer Service needs work with better customer satisfaction. App not clear about what is available.

STOP THRU FOR BREAKFAST BEFORE WORK AND THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE THE LADY DIDNT SEEM LIKE SHE WANTED TO WORK AND MY COFFEE NEEDED TO BE FIXED 3 times due to her not paying attention !! MORNING RUINED IM GOING TO STARBUCKS FROM NOW ON !

Not that anyone reads these, but if this saves one person from going.. this place is just a day ruiner. Orders are almost never right. You wait endlessly, no matter the day or time, or how busy it is. It’s obvious they could care less about people, but that’s expected from a coffee place. This place just takes it to a whole new level. If your day isn’t ruined by them making you late if you ever have anywhere to be after, no matter how early you come there, they’ll get you with the wrong order, if you even make it that far. Just save yourself the frustration. Like others have said, it’s truly worth driving past to find another one. The absolute worst.

Longest wait of any Dunkin I've ever been too, and I've been quite a few times. Now I drive past this one to go to a different location.The employees are pleasant, I don't blame them, but whoever installed their operations has no clue what they're doing. Never seen a Dunkin run so poorly. Why on earth do you have to wait for every food order just to get a coffee? I'll go there, the girl rings me up, and instead of just making a coffee, they'll keep ringing up costumers, so if there's 5 people waiting on food, you have to wait for them first. And if there's no costumers, the cashier will just sit there doing nothing instead of making coffee.People don't want to wait 10 minutes in the morning for a coffee that takes literally 5 seconds to make. NO other Dunkin I've ever been too is run this way, but every time I've been there, no matter the year or the employee, it's run the same way, so it's the manager and/or owner who doesn't no know what they're doing.
