I would definitely give zero stars if possible.Unfortunately each time I visited this location both the service and food was disappointing.I was surprised to receive attitude right away when I began ordering, it definitely seemed that customers were not welcome no matter how friendly you act.On another occasion, I asked for their recommendation on the refreshers drink and again I was given attitude as if I was crazy to ask their recommendation.Besides the surprisingly horrible service and automatic attitude I received each time I went through the drive thru, their food is always cold.I even asked when ordering to have my sandwich extra hot, because the last time the sandwich was cold.I even nicely double checked before receiving my sandwich if they did make it extra hot, and received a blunt yes full of attitude.But, in the end the sandwich was stone cold and cheese was thrown sloppily on the sandwich which was falling apart. If it was heated twice I would hope the cheese would melt just a little but no.I will not be coming back to this location.This has been the worst experience I have had at a fast food establishment.

Went to this Dunkin for an Iced Coffee and at the counter was the most professional young man I've dealt with at a Dunkin in years. His name is Adrian and not only was he friendly and respectful but he makes the BEST Macchiato Iced Coffee I've ever purchased from Dunkin. I typically go to the other Dunkin further up Rt. 3 but will now switch to this location. I would recommend the Manager and/or Owner recognize this young man for his hard work and dedication. It's tough to find great employees, especially young people today who don't have a good work ethic. GREAT JOB YOUNG MAN!

They were busy but both sandwiches were cold cheese wasn't even melted and they were on the wrong bread. Just annoyed

If it wasn't for the donuts being delicious I'd rate Dunkin 0 or 1 star. Customer Service needs work and the app needs to be clear on what donuts they have available. The other day I put an order through and no one was at the store when they were supposed to be open. Customer service definitely needs work along with customer satisfaction.

Not saying the 5 star reviews are plants, but they've never toasted my bagels, the sandwiches are never cooked, and its a low chance your coffee is gonna be right.

Awful location. I truly gave this location a chance to get it together. It’s fair to give a business a break because mistakes happen.. however this location has gone down hill. Badly. I’ve been frequenting this location since spring 2021, as it is very close and convenient to my home. Unfortunately, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. The staff at this location are extremely rude. The orders are never correct. I ordered a hot cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich last week. I took a sip and the coffee was barely luke warm, the cup was half full (I ordered large) and the coffee tasted old. The sandwich I got was frozen in the center. The employees are rude and dismissive. There were 8 employees behind the counter and not one of them acknowledged myself or other customers waiting to order or pick up.

Ordered 2 coffees - 1 was hot, the other just lukewarm. And the sandwich I ordered wasn't even hot enough to melt the cheese. Had to use the microwave for the room temp coffee and the sandwich. They're usually much better, which I why I give them 3 stars. Hopefully this is just a fluke!

Too much confusion behind the counter at this location. Nine employees bumping into each other. I wasn't greeted by any employee when I entered. Items were labeled incorrectly. More training is necessary for some of the employees at this location.

The older lady working at the front counter was not pleasant . From what I know is that when a person comes in the store you greet them. If you are too “busy” at the moment you can simply say “ be right with you” I was patiently waiting for her to put in her orders when a guy walks in and she helps him right away . I told her the order and she said im going to have to wait before she puts in 5 other orders. I dont mind waiting its the fact I was already there and she didn’t make it a priority . Every customer service ive worked at when the person is THERE , we make then a priority .

Waited 15 minutes inside for food and being in a rush to leave didn’t see half my order was wrong (2 wraps correct, sandwich wasn’t even close). Avoid at all costs
