We just received our door dash order from this location. Not only were they extremely communicative, they went above and beyond for our son's birthday ice cream cake! They even included a cute coloring page folded into a card, with handwritten jokes on the outside. Love it!

Great food, great service, the display case is always filled with cakes, novelties etc. They have more blizzard flavors then most DQ's I've been too. On top of their prices being cheaper then other DQ's in the area they always run sales so I save even more. With inflation I'm always in for a Sale🤗
I do not remember the name of the gentleman I spoke with on the phone, but he was awesome! I called ahead because on Grubhub we could not order what we wanted, because it was not on their app. I talked to the gentleman at the store and asked if we put in a generic order, if they could take note and make what we were requesting. He told us to put it in the special instructions, as they read everything that comes in. He took down the name of the future order coming in and we proceeded to order. The order was 100% correct and was great! I appreciate the great customer service at this location! Thank you so much!!!
This Dairy Queen location does a fantastic job with ice cream cakes. I have ordered many birthday cakes for my daughters over the past several years. This past week I ordered a cake from Nikki. She was polite and professional and paid great attention to detail about what we wanted. The cake was exactly what we were hoping for. It was so pretty we didn’t want to cut it! Thank you so much Nikki for helping make Alexandria‘s 16th birthday so nice!

Great service and great staff! Always very quick service and all covid-19 safety protocols followed! Spencer Schumacher is always a pleasure to deal with and I love the reeses pieces in my blizzard and this is one of the only stores to carry them! They also have a great selection of things that many other stores don't have! I would highly recommend this location!
The service at this establishment was absolutely fantastic ! I ordered a banana split blizzard and a malted milkshake, both made to perfection and very delicious. I really appreciated the health and safety protocols they are taking to ensure the safety and well-being of both customers and staff. I felt the prices were very reasonable for the quality they provided.
We love our local DQ. The employees are very friendly and the shop is clean. But tonight I couldn’t help but notice that the emergency exits were blocked by tables and chairs. With all of the safety precautions for Covid 19 (plexiglass and dividers), if a emergency were to occur the customers could possibly be trapped.
