Used to love this spot...Apparently when they run out of asiago, they'll just refill the basket with plain and wont tell you otherwise.Also, they'll charge you for the toppings you asked for, but neglect to actually put them on your sandwich. Tastes good, but they'll completely screw up your order more often than not.
They microwaved both my egg and meat for my sandwich and was a small portion. One of the worst breakfasts I’ve had in the area.
Whenever we come to town, Country Bagel is part of our trip! We enjoy the fresh bagles and cream cheese, and especially enjoy the pastries! Because it's so busy, the food is always fresh! The staff are super fast and the lines go quick! Forget about fast food breakfast sandwiches, spend the extra and order a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted everything bagel. While you're there, have them make you a bagel sandwich for lunch too!
Ordered a breakfast wrap, only half of the tortilla was filled. Very small portion

4 stars because i’ve loved this place for years and this is the first time i’ve ever had an issue. I’m actually so upset. i’ve been a loyal customer to this location since i was a kid. Ordered Egg and cheese on an everything bagel this morning (9/3/21) and i opened it up to see this. The egg is all grey on both halves of the sand which. I’ve never had a problem with this place so i’m very surprised they would send food out looking like this. Had a lot of faith in Country Bagel Parkway but damn, i’m upset.

One of the best places for bagels in West Chester. If you go on a weekend, be ready for a line but the service is great and there is a ton of variety.
