Best chipotle around!! Efficiently managed during peak hours. Decent portions. Pretty clean service. Only disappointment is most of the times they run out of Guac. Recommended.
I’ve been to multiple chipotle locations and this one is by far the dirtiest I’ve seen. I got food to go this evening and made jokes (but also was serious), if I get sick from Chipotle this will be the day. Along with being dirty, it didn’t seem organized at all. If I wasn’t in a time crunch, I would’ve left after seeing how dirty it was.If I had a “do over” I’d pick another place in west Chester to grab a quick bite to eat tonight. My fingers are crossed that my food was cooked in a clean area and I don’t get sick. This is my first, and last time at this location.
It's always so busy so that's probably good from a freshness standpoint but the lobby looks like what you'd expect from a place that's always busy The crew is always working hard kudos to them!!!
Food is constantly good here. Sometimes, mobile orders are 15 minutes past the target ready time.
This location is not the best in terms of freshness of ingredients but still acceptable and a convenient location for sure.
I love Chipotle. But this place seems dirty and poor leadership. Every employee during lunch behind the line, about 6 of them, today wore their masks below their noses. What's the point of wearing a mask if u can't cover your nose? Do better.
This restaurant has very rude people who work here they always have only online ordering as soon as you walk in the restaurant. The manager is never there and whenever you call for help they don’t even pick up the phone! The bowls are half filled even when you order extra stuff. They are rude about asking for extra and tell me that they are almost out of everything every single time I come in. You can never get queso or guacamole there because they never have it as well as the chips are almost always stale. This place is a disaster.

Obligatory I wish I could give zero stars. Make an effort!I've gone to this location a few times and while the service was always subpar, the food was usually acceptable. Cut to tonight:Literally every part of my order was screwed up, but I got it through DoorDash because I am stuck at home with COVID. I guess you really need to do need to be there in person to watch them make it? I got skimpy, sloppy food packaged haphazardly, and they put guac on zero of the things when I ordered extra guac on all the things. They didn't even put guac in my order of chips and guac. It was just chips, and like a really small handful.Doordash made things right money-wise, but this Chipotle location is trash.
Complete online ordering was good. Wish I knew it ahead of time.Order was not as good as it’s done in front of you.
