We walked in and seated which was great. However, we were seated for 15 minutes and no one came to our table. The manager was in the kitchen and could see us, saw us seated, we looked around no one would acknowledge us. There were 2 other parties seated. So after watching the entire wait staff, manager, food runner and chefs (10+ people) all fooling around while we sat, not even an acknowledgement. Waiters checked on table behind us and nothing. We left without any acknowledgement. I was really disappointed.

On Thursday May 12th I ordered delivery at 8;13 and it was suppose to arrive at 8:53. I called the restaurant at 9:26 to inquire about my food and they stated that my food has been ready for an hour but still waiting for Doordash. I called again at 9:49 and I was told that they have been having problems with Doordash and there is nothing that can do. At that point I asked if I could get a refund or even just a gift card and the person on the phone said there will be a gift card waiting for me when I arrive the next day. I order Outback using Uber Eats, when the delivery driver for Uber had dropped off the food, I heard a knock at the door and thought the driver had forgotten something on the floor was my cold Carrabba's food and the Doordash driver turning the corner. Next day I went to the Carrabba's to either get a refund or pick up the gift card because I ended up eating Outback since it was still fresh and hot. The food arrived an hour and half late from the estimated time. When I spoke to whoever greeted me and I explained the situation, he said that there was nothing he could do, I asked for the manager and he walked over to the bartender and once he retuned he again said there was nothing that can be done but I can return later on in the evening because they don't have a manager on duty. I had to ask for a business card which had the name Brian Williams, Managing Partner but after that I was told that he will not be in for quite a while so instead maybe ask for Bryant and he "might" be able to help me. So I did point I gave up and $35 is the price that I this point I am glad to lose in exchange of gaining the knowledge of never ordering from Carrabba's again or least not the 102 Painters Crossing, West Chester, PA. I think the store number may have been CA8903.

We dined in this Carrabba’s and incurred 90 minutes of wasted time and annoyance because of carelessness on the part of two employees. When the initial check came, I printed our Dining Rewards phone number on it and asked for the AARP discount. When the new updated check was presented, the phone number did not show on the check as it usually did. The waitress said that she entered it. I printed our phone number on the new check and then tried to pay using a (Carrabba’s, Bonefish, Outback, Fleming’s – all owned by the same corporation) $25.00 gift card. She came back and said that she and the manager tried to run the gift card and it was no good. I asked to speak with the manager. He came and said that he tried several times to run the gift card and that it was no good. While at the table, I contacted the phone number on the back of the gift card and verified that the card was activated and loaded with $25.00. I asked him to manually process the gift card and he said he did try. I asked if he entered the gift card number and he pointed to what he entered. By his own admission, he never entered the gift card number. It was located on the bottom left of the card and he had no clue. I asked the manager to write down the error code(s) and he said that there was no error code. Based on what I learned later on, any time a card is rejected, there are one or more error codes. The manager did not want to call the number on the back of the card as I did. We were already delayed by about 20 minutes, and the manager made it clear that he was done with the gift card. I paid the full check with a credit card. Problem 1 The Dining-Rewards Qualifying Visit never showed on our account. I had to call Dining Rewards. In spite of me providing all the information to the agent about the final check, it took the agent a long time to find the transaction. He said that the waitress entered our phone number with a one-digit error. She failed to recognize that there was no such account. Instead, she forced the opening of a new account that did not include our name. The Dining Rewards agent had to add all of our information to this new account, and then merge the two accounts into one account using our correct phone number. I had to expend more than 30 minutes to get the credit. Problem 2 I called the Bloomin’ Brands corporate office and they referred me to their gift-card contractor. They said that there was no record of the card being rejected. They required me to send a detailed complaint with a copy of my driver’s license. After a week, they responded that there was nothing wrong with the card and that the restaurant was in error. I spent 40 minutes. I then used the card in an Outback without any problem. My Perception I believe that the two problems were caused by gross carelessness, which I found to be very disrespectful. Caused me about 90 minutes of wasted time and aggravation. They deserve zero stars for our visit. Steve McEvoy

Overall I'd say this place is fine, you won't be WOWed by anything you get but you also won't be disappointed. There was definitely something going on the night we ate there (staff shortage, something amiss in the kitchen, both guesses), as we waited an extra 20 minutes past our reservation time to be seated and a good 30% of the tables were empty. It was a bit more expensive than I remember for what we got.

We haven't been here in a good while due to the pandemic...as such I truly forgot how excellent the food is. The dining room was not too busy. I felt very comfortable. We had the best server. Awesome personality. Our dinner was so good...especially the pork chops. They were very well seasoned and served hot! A++... We'll definitely be back.

The food had good flavor. Service was really good. Just wasn't the same it used to be. I think it was more expensive then it should have been.

We had a terrible experience there years ago and the manager on staff really went out of their way to have us give them another chance. We did, and it was worth it. The food is really tasty and plentiful. Prices are like anywhere else when eating out We have gotten their family meals a couple times during this pandemic and they haven't disappointed at all. Will certainly continue to go there.

Brian Williams, was incredibly kind and welcoming to each of his costumers! While at my table I noticed he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having an exceptional dining experience. Great guy and outstanding manager!

Food is good when done right but take out is a mess. Ordered food with a 30 min estimated time. Arrived at about that time only to sit for an additional 30 minutes waiting for the food to be ready. When they brought the food out it was already cold. Wasn’t worth it for the money you pay at all. I think we will have to pass on them for a while.

Great Family Meals! Josh is excellent, the order and food was nice and hot, quick, and always gets our order right. Israel is exceptional as well, and always like family,
