So I am a first time customer saw they got decent reviews and wanted to try their food. The guy told me their behind an short staffed and would be a couple minutes until he can take my order. I told him no problem and waited patiently for 15 minutes. He then took a customer to place an order before me which is ridiculous as he had me wait to place an order. worst customer service an rude of him. I've never tried their subs but as of now I will not return.
So, I used to feel like this was a reasonable lunch spot, but 2 medium sambos and a bag of chips for $30 is kinda steep - especially when you consider this location has become very stingy with their sandwiches.I got a medium capasatrami today and one half barely had anything in it, just very wet coleslaw that created a super soggy and dripping sandwich. Last time I had the Bobbi and it was mostly stuffing with barely any turkey (none of it was white meat). Definitely worth the extra drive to Exton if you get a craving.

One star is being generous! Worst cheese steaks I have had especially for 40 bucks will never go again told they were short staffed and they would be closing at 6:30. Tried to call after getting home at 6:00 and no answer. Everyone should know these are franchised locations and there is a difference between them. I have been to the Downingtown location and it was great and worth the money.
Came here to order two small bobbies earlier this afternoon on 11/23/21. First off I was taken back by the fact the woman who took our order was handling the money too as it looked like she didn't switch her gloves, also there's no point in rushing to make our sandwiches because when we got home, both sandwiches were sloppy and cut uneven. Two things Sanitation and Consistency should be a top priority. I won't be returning until these two things are met. There's no reason for this.
Sandwhich was very good but a bit Skimpy for the price! Also workers seemed stressed out! Only 2ppl working at the time!

What happened to this place ? It used to be amazing. You took out all of the meat from your cheesesteaks and now charge $11 for a quarter inch of Turkey ? Disappointing.
