The most pathetic fast food restaurant in all of West Chester. As if being open 8am to 5pm wasn't bad enough, they have allowed me to place several orders online over the last year, take my money, and the store ISN'T EVEN OPEN! I can understand when the hours were changing but closed at 10am on a Sunday and you take my money/order anyway? The absolute worst, avoid at all costs.I will never place another order here again.

This place is a dirty eyesore and a dump. They close at 5 pm now. Shut dow already so we can get something decent in that spot!
The food is subpar breakfast is probably the worst I’ve tasted as far as fast food…fries aren’t fresh…also I’m not sure if she’s the manager but the girl I spoke to on the phone was rude and dismissive even after mistakes were made on the order. No wonder it’s never as packed as other Burger kings
I’m a little disappointed in the quality of food. To be honest, the people working there don’t look like they actually want to be looking there. Prices are good however. If my Great Grandmother was still alive I would treat her to one of there milk shakes which were her favorite.
Reading through the reviews here.... The only thing I can comment on is that this Burger King closes early at 5pm. The Impossible Whoppers were very good (on multiple occasions) since I'm Vegetarian! The Cheese burgers thst were for someone else were good. The inside store is closed so Only the Drive-Thru is open. I've only seen maybe 1-2 people working this location. I believe it is a male manager who has always been courteous to me. The female worker has always been courteous to me when she was working there which has maybe 3 times when I was there. I believe this location is understaffed due to the ongoing pandemic which I can understand. Both CVS Pharmacy's on Boot Rd in East and West Goshen Township are undergoing staffing problems due to the Head Pharmacist quitting in the past 2-3 weeks.
How is it that they are only open until dinner time (5:00). Low quality food has gotten quite expensive as well. So much for the 99 cent heart attack.
Why lie and say screens are down when we know your close to closing and trying to rush out. Just poor service
