Excellent fries and burgers- Messy, but great. I get take out because the general vibe is pretty vanilla, and I've had a mix bag of friendly and meh staff. But Ill go back for the food!

Where do I start? Cashier taking my order was not friendly. Saw the kitchen I'm the background and there's was too many people for only a hand full of customers.Putting that aside, I came in for the food so let's talk about it. Ordered a Little Buddy (1 patty burger) w/cheese & fries.When they called out my name, said thank you to the man that placed my burger on the counter (almost felt like he threw it), and there was no "sure" or "of course", nothing. I think local restaurants should be the ones crushing it with customer service since they are a "starting" business. Not the case with this one at least.Now, burger & fries. Looked very promising. Burger was ok, felt like they only put a $0.10 of cheese in my burger, only tasted it on 2 bites. Fries were not bad, although very soggy and looked like the oil they were fried in was kind of old now, that or the potatoes themselves...left some fries at the end, when I never do.Hope they step up there game.
Fries tasted fine but they were so greasy the bag ripped and spilled vinegar grease and oil all over my car. Double bag!!!! Please!!!

The Exton location is so much better, it’s actually a shame. The burgers were soggy, fries appeared old, cheese was very watery. I didn’t even finish any of my meal.
Buddy's Burgers is a cool place to have lunch or dinner. I enjoy their burgers and fries. Buddy's uses sea salt on their fries and I personally like to add vinegar on the fries also. The burgers are a bit greasy, but hey, that is what makes them good. Parking can be an issue as they are located on the main drag in West Chester, but worth searching out a spot.
I installed one door today they're very nice people that work there and the food looks good
