Outstanding fried chicken, tenders and wings! Very crispy! The hot is VERY hot but addictive! Will definitely visit again! (Nice clean restroom as well!)
The chicken is great. Very fresh and crispy. I should warn you, though, that the spicy sauce is VERY spicy. It drained my sinuses, but I still ate it. It's delicious.
This is a favorite and frequent place of mine but it has taken a massive dip in quality recently. I ordered bibimbap today and the container was barelyfull with the tiniest portions of everything. One tiny strip of egg and maybe a teaspoon of bulgogi. It’s so far from what I came to expect from this restaurant. I amvery disappointed and feel ripped off because it’s not cheap. This happened last time as well and I think it’s time for a break. I hope management can figure out what is happening.
Drove to this location, 45 minute drive. Food was good. I loved the wings. Kind of expensive. Spent over $100 for a party of 4. Definitely not worth that much but it was good.
I would love to give a 5 star review but it isn't deserved. We had lunch, were expected to pay and tip first, the water bottle option was unavailable, soda only, the food was mostly quite good but the one request to have no cucumber was not met. When I tried to notify the only person working the front of the restaurant she was on the phone. I returned to my table plate in hand she never came to see if there was an issue. When we were finished eating and I again brought the plate up with the cucumbers on it the only effort to make good on my issue was to tell me she would inform the kitchen.
Best korean fried chicken hands down. If you like fried chicken, definitely try bonchon soy garlic or spicy or if you like both, get half and half! You will not regret it! Thank me later.
Rileigh is an absolutely wonderful cashier and deserves 1 million rewards. So welcoming and charismatic. The chefs are amazing and the food is divine. It comes quick and tastes great. The spicy potstickers are too spicy for me to eat but I can’t help myself because they taste so good. Literally crying eating. The bibimbap is also incredible and my carnivore fiancée attests the chicken is 10/10
Deserve 3 stars! Waiting for my order more than 45 minutes. I won’t recommend the pick up order!
Always grab the same meal from Bon Chon. Spicy chicken strips. I always ask for extra spicy sauce and for some reason whichever restaurant I go to I HAVE to check the bag 1st before leaving because there is barely any sauce on it. But they always accommodate me and add more sauce before leaving. Best chicken strips EVER!!! Young lady at the register was sweet and kind as well. Great customer service.
Way overpriced and extremely stingey!! We drove 1 1/2 hours to specifically eat here. Spent over $100, got curdled/lumpy teokbokki with really mushy rice cakes, extremely dry boneless wings and potstickers, and flavorless edamame. When I asked if I could have a small amount of extra garlic soy sauce for my really dry potstickers, I was told repeatedly "no way, we don't do that," even though I told him over and over again how very dry they were and had almost no sauce on them. He then offered to take my food back, which I had already partially eaten, to "wipe more sauce on them." I told him no way that's unsanitary cause I had already started eating off my plate, and again asked for just a small amount of the sauce on the side just to wet them a little. He was very persistent in telling me no way "we don't do that here." My food was dry and the guy working that night didn't want to do anything to help make it better. What happened to good customer service? If I'm going to pay over $100 on a small amount of food then I should be able to get a small side of the sauce to drizzle over my food, that should have already had it on it to begin with. I will never EVER return to this place. Horrible customer service and very mediocre food.
