Called in a simple order. Two pies and fries. Show up half hour later and get the run around. “Lost the ticket”.Average food and below average service. Much better choices in West Chester

I do not understand how hard it is to listen to a customer's order and ACTUALLY MAKE IT CORRECTLY. This is the 3rd time ur cooks obviously cant read when it says well done.. Do they even know what well done means? My pizza tonight wasn't even cooked all the way like wow. It's soggy AF. wings were also to be well done n yet again not even close to what I asked for. bad enough im charged upwards of n extra $15 everytime i place an order online. im HONESTLY done ordering from you all. Bet the owner will never see this and i also bet nothing will be done!!!

I go to your store every other week and usually the food is wonderful but it was horrible this timeI usually get a meatball parmesan but for some reason the meatballs didn't taste very good they tasted like they weren't beef and the cheese tasted like it was off something was wrong with it but I just wanted you to know usually everything is wonderful and perfect probably just an off-day
If you need an event catered with amazing food and kind serving staff, you need to contact America's Pie. The catering manager (Becky) was easy to work with and provided a tasty menu that met a variety of dietary requirements (Vegan to Carnivore). America's Pie catered a memorial service... the bartender and wait staff were appropriately attired and respectful during the memorial service...they provided excellent service. Each portion was very generous..a great value for the amount I paid.A big THANK YOU to America's Pie!
I’m just a normal 12 year old looking on google maps trying to find any place interesting, I came across this restaurant so, you know I did, the pizzas all are good and looked fresh off the line, the fries are boring though, and the workers looked like they were in a rush.
Usually a big fan of America's pie, I mean I've been ordering them since college! But this time I ordered a chicken bacon ranch pizza and honestly there was so so so much cheese that the pizza was basically inedible. Really disappointed
