Worst experience ever with fast food. Drive thru was a mess. Took atleast ( no lie ) 6 minutes for someone to finally take our order. Then an additional 8 to get the food which only was 2 spicy chicken combo meals and a jbc.Like what the fu©l
Super fresh lettuce! Everytime! Guaranteed...This kind of quality control is going to get someone sick! Every single order I've received over the past year or so has been completely sub-par. How do you see that as an employee, and then continue to serve it. Thanks for taking my money for food that went into the trash, where it should have been instead of in my salad. Horrible quality.
At 9pm I Pulled up to the drive thru with no response and didn’t know it was closed because (It’s 9pm) so I pulled around to the window only to be screamed at by some young girl screaming that they were “fucking closed!” They’ll never get another dime from me. This was the only Wendy’s aside from the one on rt19 that could usually get an order right. Do not go to the Wendy’s on Chestnut st. They can’t get an order right and they are extremely slow so it just makes it even worse cuz you know your order will probably be wrong.
Came through for lunch and had a line but but moved quickly. Got fresh, hot food and the employees were friendly. BIG complaint is the woman smoking. No way that is sanitary! Not going to low rate them for one person but I bet this happens frequently if they feel comfortable doing this during the lunch rush.
Food was good, service was a little slow. I understand they are understaffed. More lazy people need to get up off of their *$$e$ and get back to work ! Us working types only get 30 minute lunch breaks. However I can't fault the staff that was on duty during my visit. They dealing with it the best they can.
Service was very good, food not so much. Burger and fries were clearly past their hold time.
They have the most amazing counter person in Cadiz!! She is so kind and friendly! She always makes my day!
They had 2 cars and a line inside of at least 8 people a family of 4, a couple and 2 single patrons, the had one register open and One girl who didn't have a grasp on how to run it, (new employee) but she was really trying, they were only taking and filling one order at a time and the poor girl was running around trying to fill that single order she had, while everyone else was meandering round doing the absolute minimum and that included the manager, the only thing I saw that she did that was constructive was put salt on the fries when they came up.....I waited in line for close to 10 min., the line never moved and I was at the end of it....I ended having to leave , I only had 30 minute to grab a bit.....
Everyone was kind and efficient. The hamburger was good probably the best for fast food. I eat minimal fast food but enjoy a Wendy's burger on occasion.
Besides currently being short staffed like everybody else and having lines out to the road every night, I haven't had a bad experience with my food. It's always fresh and hot
