We dropped in unexpected with a bus full of senior adults with 50 people. The handled us quickly and got us in and out within 45 minutes which is great for a big group like that with all correct orders filled.
Sat in drive thru for 40 mins then realized the guy working was over across the street at the gas station!!! Like really?

They did good I had to go back in because they gave me the wrong sandwich so they made me the new sandwich I had ordered also let me have the one that they accidentally gave to me that was not the one I ordered
Service was good and food came out fresh and fries were nice and hot!
Food was room temperature at best. I've decided not to go to anymore fast food restaurants. I'm sick and tired of paying for and then trying to consume subpar food. It's apparent that it's a major undertaking to provide people with good, hot, delicious food.....
We love Wendy's! Even though the drive thru always seems super busy, the employees have always been kind & chipper!

A big thank you to the two gentlemen working the food window this afternoon (29 December) - I ordered a meal, but it wasn't captured as a meal (and I only paid for sandwich and drink unbeknownst to me) and I thought I was missing fries. The two guys gave me a free fry, even when I asked what I owed on the difference. The food was good and hot, thank you again!
Great staff, service and food even in busy lunch rush. Attentive. Clean, indoor seating. Used app for free bday frosty and rewards nuggets. Kuddos.
