This is the worse ever could not make an order correct. Asked for a double bacon burger and got double hash browns, then the guy working was more worried about talking on his phone. So makes a second burger with the bacon and just throws it all together grease and all. Then take a bite and not even cooked in the middle. Next waiting for 15 minutes just got get our check.....then when I say something about burger not being cooked, i get oh sorry you wang a nother one, told him no. Why so it can be not cooked thier i am good on that. 27.00 for two people, dirty silverware sticky tables the worse food ever. Sad part is this is worse it has ever been. Always had a good experience there until today.
This is the cleanest Waffle House I’ve ever been in. They were so quick and efficient even though they’re busy. I can also tell that the chef cares about how their food tastes and looks because the grits and eggs were PERFECTLY seasoned and cooked. True execution of the classics. Diamond, our server, goes above and beyond and made sure we were satisfied with our food. Wish we lived closer.
The waitress nearly ruined my visit on Easter with my daughter. Luckily, Dave (another waiter) was changing shifts with her. Boy was she unpleasant. I would've settled for a waffle for my daughter after traveling 30+ miles to get there per my daughter's request. If it was not for Dave I swear I was going to give the 20 something yr. old manager a piece of my mind for allowing such incompetent and belligerent waitress to carry on as she did in front of paying customers. Thanks again Dave, if it was not for you ... I will return just to tip Dave double for his extraordinary compassion and attentiveness to my daughter and me.??
Good food and good service
Service was a bit slow but friendly. Food was amazing. Will be back. Despite looking like truck needed put away, place was super clean.
I did not catch his name but the cook (who was actually a server) did an absolutely amazing job. They were short staffed and we were told upon entering that there would be a wait. The waitress who we assumed must be a manager Kate was very short with him and the customers. Kept yelling at the cook. Couldn't even get us drinks while we waited or help the cook at all. But that man was absolutely great and our food was amazing. Sorry you had a rough night my dude but you rocked it!
I work in this area often and have visited this establishment on multiple occasions. I have been flat out refused service 4 times by what I am assuming is night shift, with the only explanation being "it's shift change". I personally work shift work for a 24hr operation and can say I have never shut down operations so I can wait to leave. That being said I would not recommend visiting this place during the night hours.
Great staff good food. Need to give their employees some time off so they aren't tired at work. It isn't the employees fault they work constant doubles. Tell the people that don't want to work during the week they won't get weekend shifts. Give those to your hard workers who are there for you.
Ventured here once again! Excellent wait staff, food was cooked and fried to perfection! Thank You, again! 2 All Star specials. 2 Scattered, Smothered, and Covered potatoes, one over easy, one scrambled, one Waffle, one pecan Waffle, one ham, one bacon, one Raisin Toast, one white Toast, 2 milks, and 1 Fruit Punch, they were out of OJ and Apple Juice! $27.00 took home half the Pecan Waffle, and slice of Ham! $10.00 tip. Tip your Wait Staff!
The food and service today were great. I had no complaints.
