The older lady in the morning is awful. She’s very slow and I don’t even pick up doordashes there anymore when she’s working. Today, I came in and she was complaining the whole time about making my order and everyone that came in after me she told them she’s too busy to make their order so they all left. Remind you I was the only one there waiting on an order and she turned everyone else away. She’s horrible and has a horrible attitude

Took my grand-daughter and her friend here for an after school 'treat'. Well, that was the plan, but the incompetent staff at Tim Hortons did their best to ruin it. I sat the girls down once they told me what they'd like and a specialty coffee for me..... After gaining the attention of the server I placed the order. No cookies, so the girls made another choice, fine. The food appeared on the counter.... 2 boxes with their food, drinks and 2 cakes. ( I was still waiting for my coffee, no rush ). I did say to the the server that it was a lot for me to carry, expecting the offer of a tray. Nope, her response " Just take what you can manage and make another trip or whatever. " REALLY?! so I made 2 trips and went back for my coffee with whipped cream..... which came with no cream. The girls needed napkins after their food, so back to the counter to ask for them. " Sorry, we don't have any napkins, you could use hand steriliser, though" "What, I asked, to wipe their mouths with?? " I have never been anywhere with such a poorly trained, ignorant serving team. They couldn't care less, not a smile from any of them and no interest in offering customer service. Sad, a promising fast food eatery being ruined by staff who couldn't care less.
Short staffed, only one worker doing everything….she needs help!
Service is really bad. Had to wait 25 minutes for 1 cold brew coffee. Staff need a real shake up for this place to be a success

This is inside the gas station but does still have a handful of tables and chairs. Staff was friendly, coffee of course is amazing!
