Went there with family for my birthday dinner, Grace was our server and did an amazing job, very friendly and guanine(if that’s how you spell it lol) personable and with a great smile! She even sang to me and made me blush, she could be the next American Idol! 10/10 would recommend, ask for Grace!
I wish I took photos to share how horrible the steaks were. We had a party of 5 and we all ordered steaks. My son got the T-bone which is a $30.00 meal and asked for it to be cooked medium rare, it came out almost well done. I ordered a ribeye done the same way and it was medium well. I can continue about how everyone's steak was not cooked properly but that would be too long. I don't eat meat very often but every once in awhile I want a good steak, needless to say I was disappointed. We did ask for the T-bone to be recooked because it was inedible. I brought mine home for my dogs. The service was okay though. The management did absolutely nothing to compensate for the terrible food. I am not asking for freebies but at least a genuine apology from them would have been nice. A manager coming out to say sorry or something.
My husband and I were at the restaurant yesterday afternoon and were so hungry and ready for a nice dinner. My husband ordered steak and when it arrived it was grossly undercooked and full of white gristle. He refused to send it back, ate as much as he could stomach and left hungry. He never complained even tho I told him to send the steak back. I'm pretty sure we will never eat there again and should get refunded for his dinner.
Every time I come to this Texas Roadhouse I am never disappointed. The staff is always friendly and my food is really good every time. They always cook my steak the way I ask it to be (I am a huge steak eater), and I always like the Cactus Blossom. And also, the rolls are some of the best rolls I've eaten at any restaurant! Definitely recommend this place if you're craving a good steak!

Usually love Texas Roadhouse but the past 2 years since the pandemic started you get rushed food and poor service. My ribs were literally raw. I like my meat on the medium rare side but the ribs I ordered were still cold and a bloody mess
First time visit. Good food,great staff. Very family friendly. My steak was cooked perfectly, sweet potato and veggies. The roll with butter were delicious.
Food was awesome good!!! The staff meaning the waitresses and mainly our waitress was very nice and very attentive. Soon as my beer got close to being empty she was there getting me a new one and my wife’s pop was never empty before it was refilled. Great place to eat in Washington PA!!! Give it a try,you won’t be disappointed!!!!
We were there pretty close to closing time, my boyfriend gets off work pretty late. All of the staff were super nice to us even though it was so late. Food was great, all around great place for a delious meal.
