Went thru drive thru. Girl was friendly. Ordered soft taco supreme. Shell was hard. Sour cream was pn one end and all over paper
Don't expect too much as it uses ingredients that are bought in bulk and put together fast, however prices are getting high and only select items may be on sale, portions are also shrinking, people nice but will not go back too soon
My order was correct. The girl at the drive through was in a good mood. No, mysterious waiting without explanation. So overall it was a good visit
Just got some Crunchwrap supremes. No meat at all. Just lettuce, tomatoes and sauce….
There are these two guys that are working the drive thru. My order wasn’t able to be made cuz of breakfast problems. These two guys were terrific. They very easily could have been rude, or just told me tough that my order couldn’t be made. It’s a Saturday, no one wants to work on a Saturday, but they were terrific, polite, and honestly are way nicer then anyone I’ve ever met at this Taco Bell. Promote these types of employees.
My issue with this location is the direct lack of communication they offer menu items that they don't have and according to the store manager Travis after a very heated exchange where I was told not to come back for complaining over the fact that I wasn't given an option of alternative items when they were out of stock of what I had ordered I was told that the store is not permitted to tell anyone that they don't have anything and that the staff is being screamed at daily over items. Taco Bell really needs to get everything in order because this is completely ridiculous and not only are you feeling your customers but you're absolutely failing your staff.
Very Dirty floors, sticky, prices are outrageous, but customer service @ the counter, was good.
Rude drive thru service, misding items, got ruder when i called this to their attention, visibly talking about me
