Usually I don’t write reviews but bad experience. Fiancé went to use restroom and pee all over the floor. Food was cold when we got it other than the fries. Was checked on maybe once.Asked for take out containers and received one that looked like it had previous food in it since food was lined on the inside of it. Showed it to the waitress and nothing was done about it. Then she came back asking if we are done after she already cleared our table and acted as if we was an inconvenience .Floor under our table was covered in food I understand they were busy but I don’t enjoy stepping on food under the table as a guest. I used to enjoy going to the south hills village location but this location just ruined it for my family and I. We will not be returning.
Wait wasn't too long. Food was good, but my sweet potato fries were cold. Waitress was a a bit annoyed for some reason. My biggest complaint is the appearance of the staff. Why is it so hard to tell your employees to be clean and presentable? Really? I couldn't tell the staff from the general public. Uniforms are not too much to ask for. Jeans are inappropriate unless you work in the kitchen. You can't blame untidy employees on COVID, so get your act together. Clean up your staff.
Good service but poor order accuracyI ordered the Scorpion Burger on two separate occasions:1st time:Received wrong burger, brought to my waitress's attention, then had to prove why it was the wrong burger (no spice, no onion rings, and pickles and mayo were on it), ultimately comped2nd time:Asked for well done and received medium (dark pink center) instead. I am not even sure why wellness is an option as burgers aren't steaks and have to be cooked well because outer and inner meat is mixed. Brought to manager's attention but ultimately just ate it as-is knowing the risks (was half tempted to go Gordon Ramsay on the place though!)Service-wise they are good with refills once they actually start.TIP: you can actually ask to start your unlimited fries while you wait BEFORE they bring your burger to you!As for the Scorpion Burger itself, it was a let down. It was not very spicy and the sauce reminded me of a high school cafeteria's buffalo sauce. I wanted diluted scorpion or at the very least habanero pepper heat levels.But, hey, at least the fries were decent and came with free refills.Anyway, I remember having a really good spicy burger with decent heat in the past but maybe I am mixing up restaurant chains.At the moment it would seem heat lovers gotta find their spicy burgers elsewhere...
Stopped in for a quick bite, and I'm never disappointed with Red Robin. Food was delicious and service was great. To top it all off my sandwich was free because I'm a member of the RR rewards and its my birthday month. Can't beat that!!!!
I loved the gluten free California grilled chicken sandwich and appreciate how good the bun was. However, we only went so the kiddo could try the Mr.Beast burger advertised and they said it was a Door Dash item exclusively and they couldn't replicate it which doesn't really make sense as they're preparing the food and not Door Dash but it is what it is.
Our server Hope was fantastic. She greeted us with a smile and was super personable. She made sure our food came quick and that we were satisfied.
We had excellent hamburger with bacon, cheese, great sweet potato fries for me and onion rings for him. He enjoyed the specialty drink Sand in your shorts too.
Not what I thought it would be; more of a restaurant than takeout. Greeted nicely. Seated quickly. Waiter was attentive & interactive. Food was delivered hot & tasted delicious! I will visit again. Very nice experience.
We just finished a delicious meal at this Red Robin. The hambugers were tasty. The sweet potato fries were always hot, also very good. The restuatant was dated a little but clean.Our server was named Jessica. She is what really helped our experience to be GREAT!!! She always checked up on us, always made sure we had enough fries and drinks. She was very helpful and polite.Looking forward to returning
