We used open table to remake a reservation. When we arrived we were told it would be a 20 minute wait past our reservation time. While we were there 4 other groups arrived that put their name in at the hostesses station. They preceded to seat all four groups prior to is even though they arrived after. We finally addressed the issue and were told that we were at the end of the line, however, we arrived first and the guests prior did not use the open table reservation option. Very disappointed and will not go back.
This place needs a name change.Red Shrimp works since the main menu item is Shrimp!It's in everything.The small amount of lobster they do offer, even during "Lobster Fest" is over priced for the 2 bites you get.
We had a very enjoyable and inexpensive meal last night (4/21/22). I got the three course special and it had plenty of food at a reasonable price. The bisque, coconut shrimp, and the main course of fish and chips were all very good. You even had malt vinegar for the fish and chips! My wife got the stuffed flounder that she also liked. Our server (Abbey) was excellent and very attentive.
Went there on our anniversary.Wifes drink had a rotted lime topping it off.Her food was missing an ingredient that she had to ask for.My fish and chips were greasy.Bad experienceWould not recommend.I wrote to red lobster contact and they didnt care to answer.Place is a dump.DO NOT GO!!!!
I don't frequent Red Lobster often because I just don't like seafood. But my daughter does, so I joined her here for lunch and got a grilled chicken Caesar that was delicious! I certainly wasn't expecting to love anything here that wasn't seafood, but I'll definitely be taking her back here to enjoy another salad for myself. Wonderfully pleasant and attentive server as well.
Terrible all around. They rush you from your appetizer to your entree. The food was disgusting. My wife and I have been going to red lobster for decades. Been a year or more since covid. I was disappointed and will not be returning.

We had salmon. It was grilled perfectly! The clam chowder was nice and thick. Our server, Jeremiah, was the best!
First time trying Red Lobster - very fresh and tasty seafood that is reasonably priced! Food was ready fast, and each entree came with 2 cheddar biscuits. The curbside pickup is not available for orders through food apps such as Doordash, so we went inside to get our order from the bar. Everything was well packaged. The cocktail shrimp leaked a little but it was unavoidable since there was ice to keep it fresh.My broccoli side was steamed thoroughly and seasoned well!
