I have eaten Primanti Bros when they first opened in Pittsburgh, so I thought nothing of ordering late night in Washington, PA for myself and my family. What a disappointment. NEVER AGAIN. the corned beef was dry and although we requested the slaw on the sandwich it was presented in a container on the side. NEVER again.

When we first walked in the vibe was very upbeat, the music was loud and to my taste. After sitting at the bar for 10 or so minutes we finally got noticed. It was not that busy but things happen, we got 2 draft Michelob ultras. The beer was good; a good pour. After getting our drink and menus the service went way downhill. We waited about 25 minutes to get our order in after putting our menus down. I finished my beer waiting for the food, the bartender never came back to ask if I wanted another. The food did take a little while, about 40 minutes, but they did have a decent amount of people sitting at tables ordering food. After the food got placed both bartenders looked at us bud did not say anything until my boyfriend took his credit card out and actively called them over. The food was dry, missing side sauce and utensils. Not very good when we arrived to our hotel minutes away. I’m from out of town but in the instance I am around the area I will not be back.

First timers. We tend to go to the casino and never leave. That being said the casino food has gotten worse over the years. We’ve decided before we gamble to go eat somewhere other than the casino food. PRIMENTI Bro. is just across the street…you could actually walk there. Absolutely very very good. Our service and server were excellent. My husband and I shared zucchini planks. I’m picky on my planks….I personally would not get them again. They were okay but I expected better. They were definitely restaurant frozen kind. We’re from Ohio and it’s hard to find any zucchini planks anywhere in NE Ohio. Now my husband and I split a Rueben ….it was a very nice size and probably the best Rueben I’ve ever had. Absolutely loved it. We will definitely go back.

We stopped by for Happy Hour 5-7pm. Good to see a full house again. Ordered our round of half off beers and slices of pepperoni pizza. Hot fresh pizza is hard to beat no matter where you get it from. My friend ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich slathered in hot sauce and served with a huge pile of fresh cut Primantis fries. Super busy always during this time of day. Our server did a great job keeping up with our beer orders. Very good time. Been missing times lately me these last couple years.

Great food, great service, just a bit loud when you're trying to have a conversation.

Visited on Friday the 11th and ordered a white pizza and it was delicious. Ordered one to go today and it was disgusting. Called them and spoke to assistant manager John and he told me corporate recently said to cut back on the cheese. I told him the slices had zero cheese in parts and the one we had on Friday was possibly before the word from corporate to cut back in cheese. I also told him the dough was chewy and barely could be eaten. He said he made the pizza himself but kept blaming corporate who said to cut back on the cheese. In my opinion cheese is the most important part. Shame on you Primanti Brothers for letting a customer be unsatisfied.

The food was delicious & our curbside order was out within seconds of arriving. 10/10 all around!

Have not gone to premanti's brothers for 2 years was so hungry for a brother's Burger that's the one with the egg on it thought I would stop today and pick 1 up to take home, it is the worst Burger I have ever eaten the egg had no yoke and the white was rubbery the bun was soggy, It was terrible and so disappointing don't know if I'll go back. What happened?

Cannot go to Pittsburgh without going to Primanti Bros in Washington!! Great service, great food and the Drunk Duck drinks are fabulous. Kudos to Primanti Bros Washington!!! Love, Love, Love it!!

I grew up in Southwestern PA but never went to a Primanti Bros. I moved away in 1994, but I was back in town to visit family. I decided it was time to visit a Primanti Bros., and it didn't disappoint. The signature sandwich with fries was excellent. The presentation was perfect, just like all the pictures I saw. The restaurant itself was clean and the service was friendly. We also visited the nearby casino. Overall, it was a good day trip.
