I went 30 minutes till close because me and my mom were driving home and still had an hour and 30 minutes left so instead of a sit down place i said let’s get popeyes we haven’t had that in a while. Being the end of the night they were out of some stuff but we still got what we came for. food was still nice and crispy and good. fried had some crunch but a little soggy still good tho… like i said end of the night they were as expected. got through pretty fast. i ordered a 5 piece chicken strip and had three on the way home…. got home and still had 6 strips!!! oh yeah i was happy. 10/10. made my night.

Worst Popeyes Ever. Please do not support this establishment. I visited Washington on 6/11. I was so disappointed. I threw away $40.00 at this spot. Do not waste your money. The chicken is old and so are the beans and rice. Dont let your hunger set you up.

They had nothing to drink besides diet pop. Then when we got our food they messed up on it and forgot our sauces. I got the chicken tenders for my son and they were disgustingly soft and barely crispy. It seemed as if they weren't cooked enough. I had to throw them in the air fryer to make them edible.

I went today 3/9/22 around 2pm not busy at all no cars. This was mine and my husband's first time ever eating at Popeyes never had it before when we pulled to the speaker they greet us then my husband says thank give me one sec we have never been here before the teller goes on to say we don't sell seconds took us a minute but it caught on we laughed and they did that throughout the whole order making jokes remarks ect, we proceeded to order they were out of alot of items slushie machine was down so couldn't get the slushie lemonade which looked awesome we figured out what we wanted finished ordering went to the window they acted like they didn't know what they were doing the food was very old chewy and greasy paid $28 for 2 meals and a kids meal pricey but we were told it's well worth it, our experience was definitely not well worth it. If the food was fresh it definitely would have tasted better and would have been a better experience

2-2-22 Update: Diet Coke served without ice. (no warning either) No Spoon for the mashed potatoes. Dropping two stars as this was the 2nd negative experience.Wish the inside was open. But the service was great

Really good but too expensive. Cost me $25 for 8 chicken tenders, 1 mashed potatoes, and some biscuits. And they didn't give out butter. In my mind you should automatically give butter w biscuits so I didn't ask. Later realized I was given wrong sauce for tenders and no butter. Food was very tasty tho

Purchased a regular chicken sandwich at the Washington PA location on 01/27/2022. The sandwich was terrible. No taste. Tough as nails. Loaded with mayonnaise. Must have been Abad day. Threw it in the trash after 1 bite.

Now i see why all the hype...awesome! The chicken wasn't as meaty as i like but the flavor rocked...peppery..spicy and something i still can't identity...and the gravy...who would of thought there was more than just beef or that mystery white gravy....mmmm yummy!!! And the biscuits were actually crispy on the outside...i thought they were old until i bit in...oh so yummy fluffy warm on inside and already butter flavored which was good but i do like to add butter myself so im not sure if they only come one way...will definitely be back so ill explore some more!!....

The food isn't bad, and the service is quick

On Sunday, November 14th we went through the drive-thru around 1:00 pm. The first thing we noticed is that they weren't busy, which should have been a sign to go elsewhere. We ordered and I got tenders with macaroni and cheese. First, they forgot the mac n cheese so we had to go back thru the drive-thru and had to ask for a fork. When I opened the box with the chicken, the tenders were small and barely warm. The biscuit was solid as a rock. When I opened the Mac n cheese, well, it's hard to describe what I saw. There was oil that had separated from the cheese pooled in the bottom. It did not even look like mac n cheese...see the picture. I took a little taste and promptly threw it away. This was not typical Popeye's food. Maybe the chain is sacrificing quality food for faster growth. Whatever the reason for the bad food and bad service, we will never go back.
