Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Pizza Hut. Mr. Randolph Hut III is rolling in his grave right now. ..Ordered a pizza. Followed the tracker. Tracker said it's out for delivery...30 minutes late, still out for delivery. 1 hour late get notice that order has been modified or cancelled.No pizza, no call from a driver, no call from a store manager. Just a charge on my account and nothing to show for it.Beware ordering from this location if your in Washington, PA.PS...gave one star only because I had to. One star hints they may have done something right, which they did not.
My order is always hot and delicious. I love my local pizza hut. Always an excellent job.
I would recommend getting my whole entire order. I didn't receive it.
We had asked for light cheese on both of our pizzas. One of them seemed to have the normal amount of cheese on it. The thin and crispy pizza was just right.
I like a lot of sauce,. How do I get MORE sauce on my pizza ? Marked extra, but that still not enough.

Ordering online was difficult. I wanted to pay online and have contactless curbside pickup. My name is Mary Jane (first name) S (middle Initial) Vozel (Last name). I typed it in exactly as it is on my credit card ie Mary Jane S Vozel and it kept telling me that it was wrong!! After several tries I just changed my method of payment to having to go into the store to pay. I had a gift card with a balance on it of $8.35 and it would not process, so I just paid cash. The entire process was very annoying. The pizza was very good and done to my preference. Staff very nice.
The pizza and bread sticks were cold and the pop was not cold
Toppings on my pizzas were pretty much non existent. Not enough sauce, cheese, or pepperoni. Quality of pizza has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. The staff at my store were great and so was the building, just skimpy pizza
