I don't know why all the bad reviews I just had dinner with 5 other people all new comers who have wanted to stop for a long time and finally we all got together and went. The service was great our waitress was Sam and she did a really great job, very pleasant. We had the pig and chips for appetizers as well as the pretzel and they were a big hit the chips were light and thin and made the pig and chips enjoyable. Everyone had a different entree and not a bad remark from anyone except for the fact someone mentioned the beans were to spicy. Between the food and drinks we spent well over $300, but it was worth it. Good food, drinks and company what more can you ask for!!

First of all: our service was AMAZING, and the food did not fall behind either. The sampler platter of meat was out of this world fantastic. We loved the atmosphere, the food, just absolutely everything. You gained a new customer! Thank you for the great dinner!! 10/10 recommend!

We were warned by friends to go elsewhere, but we figured it was worth giving this place a shot. What we found was an overpriced sad excuse for barbecue. Pulled pork sandwich was nearly $15, it had maybe 3 ounces of meat with one small excuse of a side(BBQ beans) that were an overcooked gooey paste. Pulled bbq chicken sandwich was 15 or so dollars with a side, no notable BBQ flavor, meat was dry. The baby back ribs that were $17 for half a rack or dry and when served at the table weren't even notably warm yet alone hot. They had been smoked or steamed for so long that there was no residual fat left in the meat to the point that they were dried out. The shining star of the whole meal was the sweet pickle potato salad, only complaint here was again small portion sizing. The appetizer biscuits were good but they are not going to save a 62 dollar train wreck of a meal. Beware of the sweet tea as well, I get it southern style sweet tea is supposed to be sweet but what they serve is damn near liquid sugar with a hint of tea for coloring. One thing definitely worth mentioning, the service is great very polite and attentive, we chose to tell them everything was wonderful and tipped well but we couldn't wait to get out of there. They need to seriously reevaluate their food quality/portion size and pricing if they want consistent business from this area.

Love it. Been there twice. Food is delicious. Servers great. Must try the potatoes chip appetizer. This visit, I had a brisket wedge salad. Yum. So many unusual options. Great cocktails and Sangria as well. Sit on the covered porch for a real summer feel.

Wanted to try the place for a while now... Finally got to try it... And was sadly disappointed... The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice but the food was rough. We got two appetizers the hot bites jalapeno sausage and the cornbread... The sausage came and it was one link of sausage cut up on a dish with sauce... And the price was 8 dollars... The cornbread was actually very good, I ordered the 1lb Chicken with Mac and cheese and my guest ordered the half of baby back ribs with apple cider coleslaw and a side of potato salad. My chicken was terrible just a bunch of shredded pieces of chicken that were full of chew fat no chucks of decent chicken.the Mac and cheese was good . My guest got bake beans instead of potatoe salad. The ribs fell off the bone but just lacked flavor, the coleslaw was terrible . The whole meal all we heard was people moving furniture upstairs, and when the bill came it was 70 dollars. For the amount of money you send they give you tiny portions so you aren't taking any left overs home. I asked my guest the question that lets you know if you are at a good restaurant would you come back? The answer was a resounding No.

Excellent service, great brisket and pulled pork. Smoked Gouda Mac and cheese was awesome.

I wanted to like this place so bad. The venue is adorable but the food is just not good. Our cornbread was dry but a lot of places don't do cornbread exceptionally well so we looked past it and we're still really excited for our food. The brisket and chicken tasted like they boiled it, no smoke, mushy. The ribs were decent but they're not great cuts of meat and overall the only seasoning is the barbecue sauce, again, no real smokiness to them. My boyfriend ordered the sausages and could barely get through one because they were so dry. The staff is really sweet and the place is gorgeous but the food needs to be prepared better if you are charging 32 dollars for a platter. Maybe we went at a bad time. I do not understand the hype.

An impromptu visit to Pig and Fire was a pleasant surprise! We shared the platter...the smoked turkey was out of this world! Pulled pork was also amazing! Ribs were good but a little dry. We loved the Pig and Chips appetizer...yummy! The Ultimate Chipper dessert is huge and fantastic with a cup of coffee. Service was great...food was delivered quickly and everything was hot! We will be back!!

Food here is amazing. Although we have only ever gotten there Mac and cheese with pulled pork, it is the best around. Definitely order take out though because you’ll get a lot more food. Unfortunately you won’t get as much when you done in. Very good food though! Definitely recommend !

Had the1/2 # brisket With smoked Mac and cheese . The brisket has a good flavor but was dry and felt like it was under a heat lamp for a long time same with the Mac and cheese .The service was top notch and clean and inviting. The parking at this place is the worst all Ana all I would not recommend the brisket if you know real barbecue.
