Got over charged and the pizza dough was not even cooked all the way it was a very terrible experience. Would not be going back there
If you are looking for a fun and exciting place to work, this could be one of them. And by fun and exciting I mean the people inside the store make the difference. The atmosphere is always happy and even when it gets busy, everyone still keeps a smile on their face and pushes through. Even when it is hard, the crew still makes it through. However, that doesn't make the job enough. When competitors are offering higher wages, higher per delivery runs for drivers, how can you say you are business for your people and not just your shareholders? The company has gone so far as even force drivers to put their tip unto a prepaid card that can not be accessed for 2 to 3 days and can only withdraw money for free once a week. The higher up management and the new company that has bought over the franchise does not care for it's customers. While the company, not the people on the inside, continue to raise prices, they refuse to take care of their employees. The one's on the ground fighting for them. That was the only reason I left the company is because those that control do not care for those that work
ordered pizza and NEVER got our order..was a delivery,the driver was SUPPOSED to meet us at Shorty's in wolfdale, NEVER showed,ÑEVER called,I called twice to check on order and first excuse I got was,they got really busy, second call,they tried saying that the driver had been waiting..LIE, because my husband got to shorty's 20mins after I ordered and they tried saying that the driver and someone else tried calling and it went to voicemail.. well I sure didn't have a problem calling my husband to tell him that I called the store.. needless to say..we had SHORTY'S HOTDOGS for dinner.. STILL no phone call 2hrs later..NEVER again
Tried to order pizza and my card kept getting declined over the phone so I’m not sure what they were doing wrong because it worked when I went and ordered food at the bar after this but I told them I’d pay cash but all I had was $100 bills so they could bring enough for change and they told me they wouldn’t accept it. I asked how they can’t accept it because it’s US currency and they told me they won’t accept anything over $20 so I asked how I should pay for it then and they said get change and hung up on me. How is it even legal to not accept US currency as a form of payment?

Food was barely luke warm and had flour all over it, was not the best pizza i have gotten from them
We ordered friday night the carry out special. The pizza was a lil to over done. Didnt noticed it until after we got home settle in.
