I always use the online ordering so I cannot really offer an informed opinion on the service to those who choose to wait in line at the registers. However, at the Panera, my purchases are always fresh and ready for me to collect at the times I request. The prices are also reasonable. I also like the rewards program. Update for May 2022: Different day, same excellent service.
Went here after church with my wife, I hade a breakfast bagel sandwich and split a pecan twist. The coffee was good too.
Ordered a you-pick-two with the Napa almond chicken salad sandwich. They were out of the bread that goes with the sandwich, but that’s not a big deal. Got home and the sandwich had hardly any chicken salad. Called and they are issuing a refund for the sandwich.

Well, I usually place an order that will be picked up same day but this time I placed an order for Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas morning breakfast two weeks in advance. I hadn’t heard they got into the jewelry business ?? Disappointed to say the least Pam
I love the Panera's in Morgantown and Clarksburg, WV but was disappointed in the grilled cheese sandwich I ordered at this location. It was more of a cheese sandwich on toast. The cheese wasn't melted at all and the bread wasn't buttered. Not what I was expecting. How can someone mess up a grilled cheese?
