The blonde manager on AM duty did a decent job in catering to my needy self. The lobby did not open until 8 am even though breakfast starts at 6 am so I was a bit put off by that. I had special requests on 4 sandwiches and my food was prepared accurately. The one set of soda machine was dispensing fountain beverages lukewarm. The MimuteMaid lemonade labeled on the machine did not exist, just water. The bathroom sink was really nice. The first counter girl had no patience with us. When I encountered an issue with the mobile app the Mgr was quick to aide us. It was a decent experience, but we would not return to this location again, at breakfast time at least.
Not a very friendly staff. And the managers do not treat their employees fairly..
Took 10 minutes for them to even take my order then at least another 8 to give it to me, all I ordered was a small fry and I received an incorrect order and didn’t know until I got home. Wasted a coupon on food I didn’t eat.
It’s always nice to get McDonald’s once in a while. However, I still don’t understand why this location hasn’t opened up the dining room yet. Because of this, the drive-thru is always clogged and they have to space everyone out in the orders. Even during this, sometimes they won’t even alternate taking orders from each lane.
McDonalds is always an iffy place, as is any fast food restaurant. Cannot always expect everything to be fast or perfect, but still generally some good food for a quick bite. Grabbed food for my kids one night and they forgot an order of nuggets. So I tried calling an their phones were completely offline, (mind you this was while the construction was going on). They were not informed that their phone lines were down, so I just sent them a polite email telling them their phones were down when I tried calling about my nuggets. Which I wasn't worried about, it was only a snack to tide the kids over until we gotten home and dinner would be made. A woman from their resource center called me and had mail me a certificate for 120 nuggets. ? I appreciate the love, but don't think I'll be ordering 120 nuggets. Thank you Mcdonalds
I went through to get a burger and I got it and there was a black curly hair in it and I called to just simply get my money back and offered to go through the drive thru to show them and lady lady argued with me and told me they didn’t have anyone working that with black curly hair even tho I literally saw people with black curly hair when I went through… I literally just wanted my money back and she wanted to be rude and argue with me. Not only is this the slowest Mcdonald’s but they are always rude and the food is never right. Im gonna call again tomorrow to try and talk to someone else.
Obviously they are the best fries you can get. My problem was I asked for them to be fresh out of the fryer and you can tell they were tossed with old ones and a couple that were a little bit fresher but not just out of the fryer.
Quick meal chicken nuggets and basket of fries and 2 cokes for 9 bucks not bad.

I ordered McDonalds through doordash and on the receipt everything I ordered was one it. However when I opened the bags the 2 happy meal orders was missing their drinks and one was missing chicken nuggets. Ordered 2 chocolate milks and didn’t receive them and also didn’t receive the Large Mocha frappe that was ordered. I got some of my money refunded but the missing happy meal drinks have become a regular thing.
